"It's not a problem," the other man says, the voice deep and calm. Clark finds the frames and hurriedly replaces them on his face. They both gather the papers and Clark apologizes again. Once they were all together and at least semi-neat, Clark looked up.
"Oh my god. You're Bruce Wayne." They both rise, Bruce more elegantly than Clark. By this point, the entire office had gathered to watch the exchange. Usually, handsome and wealthy men don't strut into the Daily Planet. Especially while wearing a suit that could buy the entire office.
So basically Kent runs into a hot rich guy and falls in love...

Summary
An electric orange pierced through the smokey darkness of the Gotham skyline as batman came to rest on a rooftop near the harbour.
As the biting sun rose, Gotham city was illuminated in all its damaged brilliance. It had been three months since the floods but there was still much work to be done to bring Gotham back; the sunlight made every cracked façade gleam, every pool of undrained water glow.
Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent meet just three months after the events of November fifth, as Bruce Wayne begrudingly decides to step into the public eye. Meanwhile, superman keeps venturing into gotham to try to seek out the batman.

Upon finding out the truth, Clark Kent heads to Lois Lane's apartment to debrief, where he admits his fears and she comforts him, all over a cup of forgotten cocoa.

𝕾𝖆𝖑𝖑𝖞 𝕸𝖆𝖊 𝕾𝖒𝖎𝖙𝖍 loved unconditionally. While most of the affluent citizens of Metropolis were known for their accomplishments, Sally Mae was known for the way she cared for others so radically. The kind soul who helped her neighbors move, provided free veterinary services to penniless patients, and gave the shirt off her back to strangers. She shone brightly in a city jaded by weekly disasters. Despite being a true, optimistic empath at heart, she did have one singular chip on her shoulder.
As she adapted to city life, which oddly enough included enduring monster attacks and six apartment moves in two years, she held a quiet grudge against one figure: Superman. To her, he was more demolition than deliverance, forcing her into a nomadic lifestyle. She had no desire to meet him—unlike the starstruck citizens who chased him through the streets. Sally Mae simply wanted to care for animals, live in peace, and avoid super-powered chaos. But one Friday evening, fate would intervene. Thrust into danger, Sally would soon have to face her reluctant admiration for the very man she tried to avoid, and show him a proper southern “thank you” for saving her life.

Damian stands alone, leaning on the edge of the building. You’re not surprised by this—Damian has always preferred being alone to being with others. Honestly, you’re not sure he even enjoys being with others (though Jon has assured you he does). The only reason you think he maybe can tolerate being around a group of people, aside from Jon’s constant assurance, was the fact that he was here, on this roof.
He doesn’t have a red solo cup, but he’s holding a glass cup full of water that he presumably brought from downstairs. You rush to his side in a matter of seconds. “We’re not late!” You announce loudly to him.
Damian doesn’t startle—you’re not sure he’s capable of that. He turns his head slightly in your direction, his expression remaining emotionless. He straightens up slightly, you weren’t even sure that was possible, given his already pristine posture. “I know.” He states casually, taking a long sip from his water. “I gave you the wrong time.”
“I—” You pause for a second. “Are you serious?”
“It doesn’t start for,” Damian lifted the left sleeve of his black shirt to look at his watch. It looked expensive and, knowing him, it probably was. “Another twelve minutes and about… thirty-two seconds.”
