Summary
Brief description of each charactor:
Wild: our resident dragon, he wasn’t always a dragon, but due to some interesting features of the Shrine of resurrection, he woke as a dragon for some unknown reason.
Twilight: werewolf in a sort, he’s basically how he is in the actual series! can turn at will!
Time: he’s a shapeshifter, if anyone else used his masks it wouldn’t do anything, but he can shapeshift at will, the masks make it way easier though.
Hyrule: fairy! Need I say more?
Warriors: phoenix! He can’t exactly fly due to his wings being deformed, but he holds other abilities due to his nature as a pheonix.
Legend: he’s a merman! He can only turn in deep lakes or oceans so rain and other water doesn’t effect him much.
Four: minish! can turn into a minish at any point he wishes to.
Wind: sea monster, no one is quite sure what he is, but he just says he’s a sea monster and won’t say any more.
Sky: avian! His wings have proven to be extremely useful during his adventures as well as on this one!

Twilight holds the kid’s hands, sees the way his ring finger turns in just like Twilight’s, how his pinky is crooked, how the fine bones jump under his skin like piano strings, and presses those precious knuckles against his mouth. Not to kiss, just to cherish close like a breakable, vulnerable thing. Wild doesn’t know delicate. He doesn't know a gentle hold or a touch that is not a sword’s bite or a kick in the ribs. Wild always noticed.
He noticed Time's subtle interest in more feminine things.
He noticed when Legend would get extra moody, or when Legend would subtly remove his binder before he fell asleep so nobody noticed.
He noticed when Hyrule would longingly look at pretty things, but would admittedly deny it when he was caught. Or how they seemed to enjoy they/them pronouns just as much as he/him.
He noticed how Might would always flinch whenever someone referred to them as 'he', only ever seeming to feel comfortable when someone referred to them as 'they'.
He noticed how Four would sometimes be lost in thought as he looked at his body, as if he was confused why he didn't fully feel comfortable in it.
He noticed because that had been him. He noticed because he understood what it was like to feel afraid of being misgendered or afraid of coming out because he was worried he'd be seen as different. But Wild made it his mission to help his new comrades come out and no longer be misgendered!
OR
Wild helps the genderqueers and crossdressers of the Chain come out with all his transgender and crossdresser icon glory shortly after they begin the quest.

When it comes to heroes saving the world and holding courage against all odds, this universe has plenty across the ages. But what happens when a danger is created that goes across time?? Thus creating a darkness that can not be defeated by one.
Well, you make all of the heroes work together of course! Forcefully bringing them all together across the timelines whether they like it or not. Of course there are many ways to do this, so many ways to build a chain with 11 separate heroes across different era’s and timelines.
This is one of them, taking place over the time of a month this chain is slowly built, but not piece by piece. No, this chain was built with multiple pieces being put together at different times until all pieces have been put in place.

Wild’s never been the sort of person to bother with tracking the cycle of anything, including the phases of the moon. Doesn’t matter what kind of ‘Blood Moon’ ends up showing its face, if it’s the one in the sky or the one between his legs- it more or less ends up a surprise every time.
Sometimes, that means he winds up getting a pissed-off freshly-killed lynel in his face. Sometimes, that means he accidentally ruins another pair of pants.

What starts as odd seismic activity in the Era of Wilds ends up being something far more sinister. The Chain must band together to fight this evil, but how? As they journey through the eras to find a solution something unexpected happens that has Wild and the rest of the Chain reeling. How will this unexpected news affect the team and their quest?
