Philip huffs. “Love, I’m not asking you to convert. I just simply am feeling a little nostalgic for my choir boy days.”
“Then you go.”
“You two could catch up,” Philip points out, completely sidestepping his argument. “What’s he been up to since the murder?” For the second time, Blanc is left dumb. His husband waits a moment before quirking an eyebrow. “You haven’t kept in contact,” he more surmises than asks.

Summary
Cal crash-lands on Bracca at age thirteen, gets poisoned a few months later, and promptly spends the next five years subsisting on safe, reliable ration bars (except when he’s stashing them away for emergencies or forced to eat bad medcenter food). He’s just barely scraping by, but he manages not to starve, even when the Guild’s being a real pain in the ass about actually feeding its scrappers.
Everything works out fine until he winds up on the Mantis, instead. Suddenly he has a new purpose, along with some new crewmates who are way too invested in finding out why Cal doesn’t karking eat… and trying to do something about it.

This is my DC magnum opus, the time travel fix-it fic to end all suffering. Time swap? no. Time displacement? Double no. They stay, ur honor, and they give a big ol' middle finger to the timeline while they're at it.

Summary
Eames had worked countless jobs with Arthur over the years, enough that he had long since picked up on Arthur's on-job habits. Long hours, little sleep, too much work shoved into too little time- that's just what Arthur was like on jobs. The Fischer job felt...different though. Arthur didn't usually start jobs looking this tired or worn down, and his insistence that he was fine didn't usually ring this hollow. It was worrying, and Arthur's increasingly unconvincing reassurances weren't doing much to help.
Everyone in extraction had their limits, even Arthur. And Eames knew he was getting close to seeing what those limits really were.

“Thaddeus, Thaddeus,” she tutted. “That soldier has withstood every single torture method known to man. Chemicals, deprivation, solitary confinement. Literal brain injury! And he was barely kept in check. What do you think’s going to happen when he’s let loose? We can take bets on the number of casualties.”
Maybe she’d said that last part a little too gleefully. In any case, Ross narrowed his eyes. “Do you have a suggestion?”

Bucky's pardon requires that he wear an artificially intelligent shock collar as a term of his release. Bucky accepts, knowing it's his only chance to get out and do some good in the world.
Unfortunately, there are plenty of people ready to severely misuse that power.
