Summary
Stiles is the enfant terrible of modernist cooking. Derek is San Francisco’s celebrated chef of haute cuisine. It’s bad enough their restaurants are within spitting distance of one another, but when they’re asked to scout out the next location for the International Food and Wine Festival, the Queso flameado isn't the only thing going down in flames.

“I can answer perfectly well, and no, I’m Mieczysław,” Stiles says, taking a step forward. “Stiles is my nickname, and it’s not that I think I’m the hottest shit—although I’m pretty fucking exceptional at what I do—but for one, our industry’s pretty small, and two, not only do we work in the same city, our restaurants are literally blocks apart. But I guess you live in your little bubble, so whatever.” Stiles has this hurt and angry look on his face that makes Derek think this is hardly whatever. But before he can apologize, Stiles barrels on. “Anyway, I don’t need to rely on gimmicks or nepotism to make a name for myself, so you can stop that pretentious, entitled line of thinking right now.”“Oh, shit,” Jackson and Lydia say in the same breath.
Derek couldn’t agree with them more.

Summary
Stiles has a YouTube show that is essentially Hannah Hart's "My Drunk Kitchen" where he cooks food drunk but actually pretty well. Derek is a serious chef on YouTube. He has cookbooks that you can buy in actual stores and stuff. He's the real deal.
Stiles' video-block is fixed when he stumbles across Derek guest-starring on a Food Network show. In a rush of inspiration he starts a new series where he cooks Derek's recipes drunk. Derek finds out about the show and instead of being angry, he's intrigued by the guy cooking and throwing things around his kitchen while drinking too much alcohol.All recipes are from this website. And are also linked within the fic.

Chef Whistler regards her with furrowed brows for a moment, then her whole body deflates. She takes up her own fork, reaches across the table and snatches the tip of Lucy’s pie away. She eats it very slowly, her lips wrapping around the fork in a way that has Lucy unconsciously lick her own. After she swallowed, Chef Whistler says, “No revenge. Just pecan pie.”

“Well, he certainly is nice to look at,” says Hyunjin, joining their group.
“Absolute truth, one hundred percent real,” adds Jisung from behind Hyunjin. “Right, Felix? Wouldn’t you try to give him that maître d’?”

Felix hates working during the holiday season. It’s one thing to have to work and then get a few days off for Christmas and New Year’s, but it’s a whole different ballpark for essential personnel. First responders have it tough. So does the unlucky bunch that is forced to work by their employers, Felix being a part of that crew because he’s an idiot who signed onto his job without reading the holiday entitlement clause on his contract.
