It opens with a ding, Tubbo walks straight through followed by Ranboo looming behind him. Tommy steps onto the glassy, pale-yellow tiles. He doesn’t look up from the floor. Doesn’t dare move his head as the two shadows in front of him move out of his sight.
Someone screams.
“Quiet! Hands up!”
Or, notoriously villainous and clever bank robber duo Tubbo and Ranboo recruit self-trained explosives expert Tommy onto their team to run a couple of jobs with them.
And then things go a little south.

Dream’s eyes met his through the holes of the man’s smiley-face mask. Tommy grinned wildly, his bright blue eyes wide in triumph, and he offered the man a cocky salute as he tipped backwards and off the edge of the building.
“No!” Dream screamed, lurching forwards, his fingers barely grazing Tommy’s leg. Tommy only laughed as he plummeted closer to the ground, letting forth a loud, triumphant whoop as large feathered wings sprouted from his back.
With only a few beats of the powerful wings, Tommy was soaring skywards, up past Dream and into the clouds.
A grave-faced woman sat at the news desk, staring at the camera as she spoke. ”Feared supervillain Shifter struck the Hero Committee’s Science Building late last night, escaping Number One Hero Dream-“ The news broadcast displayed an image of the man, dressed up in his full hero attire, axe, mask, and all. ”-and managing to get away with the prized Golden Jewel, an extremely powerful power booster that could theoretically collectively boost the powers of The Benchtrio by over 10 times…”

Summary
Two things are different in this world.
The first is that Dream resurrects Wilbur without needing Ghostbur right there and does it right after resurrecting Tommy.
The second is that Wilbur has thought over many things in ten long years of darkness, and on the dawn of his first sunrise, he makes a promise to make up for the unspeakable horrors done onto the children of this hellscape of a server. A lot of the people he woke up to don’t seem to want him around, and soon enough he finds himself in a terrifying race against time, struggling to put together the scattered pieces of his past before a madman blows the planet to hell again.
Tensions are rising, the jungle is spreading, and the fate of the world rests on the shoulders of a handful of uncooperative individuals with enough collective trauma to make your average therapist have a breakdown. What could possibly go wrong?

"Dude, you've never heard of Stream Labs?"
It was supposed to be a simple question asked by a couple of friends of his, the Dream Team actually.
And from there, well, things escalated beyond his imaginations.
Wilbur was a normal musician and streamer, until his friends pull him into a small but growing fandom of a sort of ARG RP streamer under the team name of Stream Labs. A fantastic mystery and story involving science, magic and more. It grows as the actor behind teen genius scientist Dr. Tubbo, carefully and meticulously unveils it with splendid ease. The thought and effort in the story was amazing and captivating, Wilbur was easily pulled in.
But as the streams go by, Wilbur and everyone else slowly start to realize that there's more to these streams then meets the eye.
Tommy just wanted to live peacefully with his best friend after waking up, maybe with the weird prince and the new friends he made online. He never fucking expected everything else- why the fuck were he and Tubbo famous in another world? The fuck was 'Clingy Duo' anyway?
The walls of reality are crumbling down around them but they're too busy with each other to notice.

Dropping his soda, Tommy stares at the television while his father and two older brothers stare at him. Stare at the silver bracelet on his wrist and his middle fingernail. "Tommy?" Phil says slowly, a look of disbelief and denial on his face, "Did Tubbo really give you that bracelet?"
"Tubbo."
Tubbo kept his hands behind his back, looking at the wall, guilt and panic growing in his chest as his father, Schlatt, looking desperate and tired. "Tubbo, tell me you're not- Tubbo show me your hands." Tubbo takes in a deep breath, shoulders trembling as he kept his hands behind his back. That's confirmation enough. "Tubbo."
Ranboo didn't have anyone, he lived alone in his apartment. Which is kind of perfect as he welcomes Tommy and Tubbo inside, both looking haggard and teary-eyed. They ran and came to him. He hugs them both and comforts them.

Summary
Out of all of the possible jobs you could get in the beautiful city of Manburg, the best you could possibly hope for would be a position in the hero’s tower. Though being in the town square, close to the town hall and other villain targets, it’s oddly peaceful inside the tower. There could be a villain-hero fight just outside the doors, hell, even in the lobby and nobody aside from those in the fight could be bothered. The security is fantastic, none of the staff (aside from the heroes who get into fights) ever get hurt. Good hours, great pay, amazing benefits, it’s the perfect job!
At least that’s what the brochures sat on the counter said, from the parts Tommy was able to read from his spot behind the cash register of a trendy-looking bookstore. Don’t be mistaken, Tommy loves his job, he thinks it’s amazing, and his boss is very kind.

Summary
Most crime fighters are heroes, superpowered people who were trained at a young age to beat the bad guys and serve the everyman, born and raised to protect and save the lives of those who couldn't defend themselves. Pretty much every kid wanted to grow up to be a hero, obviously. Fame, fortune, fighting, it was every tiny child's dream, but only a select few were allowed to become heroes, especially not powerless ones.
And that was just Tommy's issue, he was powerless.
It seemed that everyone around him had some sort of quirk or superpower that made them stronger, that gave them incredible abilities like no other, but Tommy, arguably the kid who wanted to be a hero the most, was left untouched by luck.
But that didn't mean he couldn't help out. Far from it, in fact.
Or...
Tommy is a vigilante, kicking ass and fighting crime, but catches the attention of a few familiar faces.
