Dark shrugged, trying to act nonchalant to the loneliness that he felt, "It's fine, I'm used to it, I've spent most of my existence like that anyways." He chuckled, leaning backwards and stretching to further convey his apparent carelessness.
"I've spent most of my existence being put on a pedestal by my planet. His favourite moon, so much so he neglects everyone else." Titan responded, as Dark looked up with a raised eyebrow.
"You need to rub it in, prick?" Dark began, beginning to stand, before Titan put a hand on his shoulder - which Dark pushed off - reassuring him, "No! No! Not like that, I can relate- to an extent!"
Dark sat back down, giving Titan a weary stare.
"I know how much it hurt for them to be neglected, and Saturn is trying to improve nowadays. But I guess I can kind of relate to you. Being such a favourite child made all of Saturn's other moons isolate me. I was almost like the black sheep of the family, but to Saturn I was the only sheep in the family. I'd always wanted to play and hang out with the other moons, but thanks to Saturn's favouritism, they all held such resentment that whenever I tried I would be treated like I wasn't meant to be there."
"But then again," Titan faltered, "That doesn't compare to not being noticed at all."
Dark listened to Titan's words, surprised at their unexpected connection despite how different their experiences were. He really hadn't expected Titan, the favourite moon of Saturn, to be able to relate to him in any way. But now, suddenly, he felt a sense of kinship, "Maybe, maybe, we do have a bit in common after all." He muttered, hugging himself tighter.

He tried to shift, to make out anything through the dizzyingly bright light, but only painfully bright splotches of colour swam in his vision. A headache began to throb at his temple, and he immediately curled up, closing his eyes and pressing a shaky hand to his forehead.
A pull on his gravity, then – “oh, you’re awake,” a soft, hoarse voice hummed, startlingly close to him. “I was getting worried.”

Truth: Neptune doesn’t like lying.
Honestly he doesn’t see the point. Why say something that isn’t true? Isn’t lying bad? Hiding things never helps anyone, it just leads to more confusion and pain when the truth is revealed.
For all that other celestial bodies don’t believe what Neptune says (which he’s learned to expect, other people’s brains don’t seem to work like his, and Neptune isn’t good at explaining things all the time (ask Uranus)), Neptune rarely lies.
Lying requires twisting reality, and Neptune chooses to see things as is (because how else can you see things? Upside down?)
But then he accidentally captures Triton, and he feels like he has no choice but to.
It would probably be easier if Neptune didn't suck so much at it though.

“Probably the corner boy. He took that old dealer’s spot, the one who already died.” Callisto responded. Triton inhaled the smoke, before handing the cigarette back to Callisto.
