You have several medical issues that eat up most of the funds, and you hate that your brother has to constantly delay his own dreams for you. Over the course of a few weeks, you notice there's one monster who always buys front row seats to your shows. One day, you pull her up on stage.
That was the biggest mistake of your life.

Summary
There's an old saying that you only get one life, and the consequences will follow.
One upon a time there were two races: humans and monsters. After hundreds of years of being trapped, the final human falls down the mountain and discovers they have the ability to reset. After getting bored of the usual pacifistic route they decide to commit mass genocide. Follow Frisk on an adventure as they learn how to mend what they have broken for the monsters. Along with the consequences of their actions.
Or
Frisk faces consequences straight after the genocide run even if they didn’t kill all the monsters. With a side of PTSD and Trauma that comes from many characters.
