The only family in the whole Britain who never checked their babe's for Magical Twins or MT Syndrome, were the Malfoys who hundreds years ago were cursed with a single child per generation.
And so, no one excepted Draco Malfoy to hold two souls in a single body. Beside himself, there were too many changes of a certain voice appearing at random times and telling him things that no one should know.

After the disastrous idea taking the Flying Ford Anglia after Ron and Harry missed the Hogwarts Express, Harry has to go to the hospital wing to make sure, that he hasn't seriously gotten hurt. Instead of Madam Pomfrey however, Harry finds Professor Snape.
While annoyed at having Snape, of all people, doing his preliminary health inspections, there's nothing Harry can do but keep his temper in check to get away sooner rather than later.
