Marley begins to spiral himself into insanity, discarding his family, years of his life and sanity to plot and scheme Scrooge and Belle's demise. All in an effort to have Scrooge to himself, but are his efforts in vain?
This is a prequel to an already finished fic, Increase The Surplus Population (ITSP). It's mainly context for ITSP and for fun. It's for the people who liked ITSP and wanted more context and backstory. I know a good group of people who were excited for this, so here it is.
