Although the act most certainly caused Drake embarrassment, if not complete humiliation, in front of his subordinates at WE. Still, however he did it, which Damian begrudgingly respected the skill and dedication needed to pull off revenge of this magnitude, he did give one of his ‘best friends’, as they called themselves, an allergy to something she held so obviously dear. Damian recalled all the cards, trinkets, and gifts Brown had given him over the years covered in the colored specks of plastic. The ‘just-desserts’ parallels of the incident at WE and the allergy to glitter were not lost on him. Damian was equal parts impressed and concerned at how well thought out this was.
If Drake would take his revenge as far as biological warfare towards someone he regarded as family, for something arguably benign, how far would he go against someone he wasn’t close to?

It wasn’t like leaving was an option. The white walls and green tubes were the only places Tim was allowed to go outside of his room.

Tim isn’t stupid enough to let Batman in on his identity, nor is he stupid enough to stick around when the second Robin returns to take his old position back – when he clearly isn’t wanted anymore.
Of course, Tim also isn’t stupid enough to step back entirely and quit being a vigilante, not when he’s still got skills to contribute. Just because he can’t help as Robin anymore doesn’t mean he can’t help at all. He might even be more effective when he doesn’t have to play by anyone’s rules but his own.

There was something that Gotham brought to the world that was not dark, or terrifying or bleak. Because Gotham City was famous for its music.
Where there wasn't a drug den or slums, an opera or music hall would stand. When there wasn't the sounds of tragic screams or hideous laughter, symphonies and songs floated through the air, bringing pleasure to the rich and comfort to the poor.
Even the Batman himself would take extra care not to damage these striking pillars of hope of the otherwise miserable city, moving a rogue to a secondary location if they ever dared to plan one of their devious deeds in Gotham’s halls of music, Gotham’s pride and joy.
