Tim ground his teeth furiously and held out his arm again. Jason was clearly Not Okay and he was ignoring that and spraying disinfectant on Tim’s hand.
Any questions he would ask, Jason would redirect. “Have you eaten? I swear you’re too scrawny” or “We’ll talk about the paleness of my skin after you fix the paleness of yours” or “I’ll stop avoiding if you start drinking more water”.
And then he never did.

"Do you need any help?" She grins, sitting next to Phil. "I'd be happy to assist."
"We already agreed on no death, mum." Tommy tells Her, and She rolls Her eyes. "Fucking hell, trust me, I want to fucking clart him, but no death."
"Well, okay. Fine." Kristin sighs. "Buuuut... sending demons and skeletons his way isn't off the list, right?"
Phil chuckles. "Yeah, but don't kill him."
Kristin smiles cheerfully. "Oh trust me, I won't!"
Ranboo pipes up from the couch. "I- I- I- I need t-to go. I'm- I'm sorry."

“S-sorry about that.” Ranboo grimaced, trying for a smile.

"Ranboo slumped, a curtain of shoulder-length hair obscuring his face, slick with shimmering purple liquid, that sweet-smelling smokey tang of metal and jasmine, which- Techno realised with growing horror, which was Ranboo's blood.
Technoblade breathed in as he beheld his student. At his side was a zombie piglin, staying close to Ranboo's side, eyeing Techno with distrust. But Techno was more concerned about Ranboo. His protegee was bleeding from so many wounds, bruised all over his body, and shattered cuts from what looked to be glass in his skin.
His usual purple hue to his body had been replaced by an ashy-white, and there was blood trickling down his lips. Ranboo's breathing was slow and uneven, snow on his clothing, burns touching every surface of his skin. His skin was cold and clammy, shaking and trembling.
Techno's heart clenched, anger already coursing through his veins. In a low, gravelly voice shaking with anger, he lets out a growl. "Who did this to you?""
Or, Ranboo shows up at Techno's house half-conscious and bleeding. Techno is rightfully furious.

“Wrong,” Shouta responded simply, continuing before the aghast man in front of him could spew out any more bullshit. “Look at ‘your’ kid right now,” Aizawa said, pointedly looking back towards where Izuku was trembling, surrounded by half the class and counting, all their faces displaying worry for Izuku, contempt for Hisashi, or some mixture of the two. “Look at that kid right now,” Aizawa spat at Hisashi, “And tell me he’s still yours.”
