Summary
In this AU, Chase and Marshall face an intense villain attack, leaving Marshall injured and Chase determined to protect him. As the effects of the serum wear off, Marshall falls asleep, exhausted but content. Chase, left to reflect on the unexpected turn of events, cleans up and joins Marshall in bed, holding him close. The story ends with a sense of warmth and intimacy, leaving room for future developments in their relationship.
