Summary
Harry Potter was lost. He had served his purpose and disposed of Voldemort. He had died for the cause, without thinking about it. But now that the brunt of the fighting was over, he had to face whatever awaited him in the aftermath. Or at least, he should have faced it, but did not. His cowardice forced him to hide in his godfather's childhood home, in hopes for avoiding both the public and his worried friends. He could not bare to face his guilt, nor could he do anything to rid himself of it. He was a conflicted man who was desperate for anything that would take his mind off of things.
Enter; the Deathly Hallows. Sentient Artefacts of old times that have seemingly chosen him as their master.
Had this distance between the Hallows and himself caused his emotional tumult or had he genuienly messed up all of his friendships by himself? Who knew? But some day, he swore to fix everything. But first he needed time to heal, far away from Britian. Harry never expected to get another shot at true happiness, at a family, when he left to see the world, but here it was.
This time, he must fight for it. Protect it at all cost.!! Currently being rewritten/heavily edited. Not abandoned (19.07.2025)

Green’s determination, Red’s cuddliness, Vio’s smarts, and even Blue’s anger issues. Shadow missed all the quirks that came with being a foe-turned-family with a boy who used to be one instead of four. So when the heroes popped up back in his Link’s era, he had already devised a way to come with them.

also is shadow link (in the ao3 tags) shadow (as in four's shadow) or any of the shadow links (assuming all the links have one?). Dark Link also exists as it's own tag, so what's the difference from shadow link in the case all heroes have their own dark/shadow, or is it referencing four's shadow and the dark link (often represented as time's dark) that goes after the chain in LU?
Dark Link as well as Shadow (The shadow tag for linked universe says shadow, then loz without saying link) have 2 separate tags:
The ones that have (Legend of Zelda) after them and the ones that have (Linked Universe) after them.Is the ones labeled loz for when (for example) there's dark link from oot in the water temple (or any of the links with a dark) in the fic or when any link has a shadow link and that shadow link is the same as dark link but it's called shadow instead?
I used to be pretty sure that the (Linked Universe) Shadow refers to Four's shadow and that Dark Link (Linked Universe) is the cause of the black-blooded monsters in LU.
I'm mostly confused on why Shadow Link (Legend of Zelda) exists because if Shadow (Linked Universe) is Four's shadow, because then why is the loz shadow link tag needed? For when a fic is of four swords featuring shadow without LU? If four's shadow when there's not LU just Shadow Link (Legend of Zelda), then why is there a distinction between Shadow (loz) and shadow (lu)? Does ao3 know the difference or do we just use whatever?Anyways I put line breaks so I can read this lolzies

Great story with a character that has a lot of history in how they behave and I just love the way emotions, reactions and the decision making is written. It’s so easy to understand what is going on in their head and how it works and how others don’t understand either.
Probably won’t be continued, if I had to guess, but brilliant nonetheless!
Recommend reading, if you are not bothered that it just stops.
