Summary
The Hermits' pasts before donning the title of "Hermit" vary greatly. Some don't remember, others do but just don't talk about it because why should they, and a few even tell grand tales of their previous explorations into the vast world of different servers.
One Hermit, however, can recall his past in immense detail and would really appreciate it if he could be one of the ones that forgets it at some point. Unfortunately, with the way life has kicked him down over and over again, it wasn't going to let him off that easily.
Eventually, he'll learn there's one key difference he has today compared to before: he's not alone.

“Wait,” Rinwell said slowly, finally breaking the quiet and Law’s racing thoughts. “But I thought you liked girls?”
“I thought so too.” Law forced out a laugh that sounded hollow even to his own ears. “Surprise…”
To Rinwell’s credit, she recovered just as rapidly from the shock as it had come. She turned to Law, clapping her hands together, her face a curtain of joy. “Then we can talk about boys together!”
All the pent-up air left Law’s lungs in a whoosh. He laughed again, but this time for real.
“Who was it? The boy you liked?” Rinwell exclaimed. “What’s his name? Ohhhh, wait, do you still like him?”
(Or: Law has thoughts about boys (a boy), and Rinwell and Alphen are very supportive.)

Summary
“Do you see now?” Xehanort says. “The darkness covets you, Sora. The shadows fit you like a second skin. Deny it all you want—you were born to control the Heartless. And your keyblade refuses to let you summon it now, doesn't it? Now that your heart is tainted." Xehanort smiles. "It hardly matters. The darkness will never abandon you again."
Unwillingly drafted into Master Xehanort's new Organization XIII, Sora finds himself leashed to the darkness. Working in the shadows shouldn't come this naturally to a boy who fights for the light. And now, forced to track down the New Seven Hearts with his Organization XIII peers, Sora is unable to stop the war that threatens to lay waste to the universe.
Sora's only hope is realized when Riku and Kairi take his place as the light's champions—even if he must eventually meet them on the battlefield. But Sora's uncontrollable darkness threatens to consume even them. The people he loves cannot be safe until he escapes the Organization and controls the powerful darkness inside himself.
Except—he's not sure he wants to.
