He channels his caring into his siblings, and then into his undercover project.
They have a plan.
It starts well, but then they both grow tired.Or: Fuyumi is willing to refrain from killing Endeavor for Touya. Touya is willing to destroy Endeavor’s career and pride for Fuyumi. Both things get complicated when the acting turns grating, and people start getting hurt.

Summary
Fuyumi stands in the hall doorway, watching Natsuo create ice cream by pouring milk across his hand and scraping it off. She wonders, a bit absently, if she should just freeze the whole kitchen and be done with it.
Father won’t notice because he never enters the kitchen for anything but coffee and whatever Fuyumi leaves on the table for dinner. Their only other options for melting it are Touya - who is a pyromaniac - and the six-year-old child her father is currently designing a heroics costume for.
(Character study on Fuyumi from ages thirteen to twenty-four. It started as trying to write Touya and Fuyumi as twins with linked quirks, and somehow became a one-shot in the process. Then it got painful, complex, and finally a little hopeful.)

“Can I ask you something?” Mic asks, slowly looking away from the sky as the cloud passes and the sun’s rays shine on them again.
“Of course.”
“Why do you want to be a hero, Kaminari?” Mic’s voice is gentle, as if he’s afraid to break whatever somber mood has settled over them as well.
Kaminari looks down, into the sea of people walking so far below them. Kaminari can’t hear them, can barely make out their faces, even. But, he can imagine what they’re doing. Adults walking to and from work, or the store running errands. Some laden with bags, others with briefcases. Teenagers and kids walking home from school, stopping at corner stores and arcades to hang out longer with their friends. Families walking downtown, children in the middle, clutching their parent’s hands and laughing in joy. Everyone living their lives, in their own bubbles, going about their day. Kaminari can feel himself smiling as he observes them.
Or, Kaminari interns with Present Mic. It goes better than Kaminari could have ever hoped.

[Sokka is five when the first mark appears.
It writes itself in a deep red like a wound, as if someone had carved the word “nonbender” in a messy font across the knuckles of his left hand, as if it was handwritten with a knife.
When he asks his mother, as she applies salve on Sokka’s knuckles, she sighs deeply and says nothing for a few moments.
“Sometimes, spirits don’t make much sense.”
Sokka has yet to turn thirteen when he wakes up screaming in pain, about ten soulmarks all over each other between his left shoulder and his ear, red and vivid like burning flesh. Among the few words that are somehow possible to read out of the disastrous scribbling, “disrespectful” and “coward” and “burned” and “sorry sorry sorry” are the ones that stand out the most to Sokka. He thinks, at the tender age of twelve, whoever did this to his soulmate will be sorry too, one day.
A month after Hakoda leaves him with the job of the protector at the age of thirteen, Sokka realizes, with a bitter taste in his mouth, that he’s got more soulmarks than his entire village combined.]

Oh my, where to begin. I binge read all 62 currently available stories and the connected series Grey Feathers and the entire thing is a work of art. Every story was engaging and as I learnt more about this world I got more and more attached to it. I couldn't stop reading and the flow of the stories was wonderful, with the writing style and the characterizations of the characters being utterly amazing and so well done. The worldbuilding and the entire approach to Earth-3 is something marvellous and I applaud the author for their writing and ability to tell a story and place you within the mind of a character in a way that helps the storytelling process magnificently. There were parts where I was on the edge of my seat, parts were I laughed and cried and felt my breath catch and my heart stop. And the author's ability to do this, as well as their knowledge of the canon material and ability to manipulate it and shape the world, is awe-inducing and jaw-dropping.
This is one of the most brilliantly written dc fic series and I loved every second of it.

An insanely well written and captivating story, I binge read the 12 currently available chapters all this morning and I love it. The characterizations, the lore, everything. I have never touched the cardcaptor Sakura series never even heard of it. Yet the story blends everything together so well that I dont have to worry about that. The story telling is so well done and honestly Izuku's level of done is as hillarious as it is both understandable and a mood. Mei Shinsou and the ocs are all amazing additions. Everyone has gone from voice of reason to enabler and its amazing. Izuku throwing himself into the community is wonderfully done and doesn't make him seem Mary Sueish as sometimes occurs. Im eagerly awaiting the next chapter and I can't wait to see where this leads. So glad I stumbled across it!
