Summary
Two years have gone by after their adventure in the Digital World; things have happened, some things have changed, and some other things have remained the same. And as they try to accept that they might never go back, the six Warriors are called again: a new enemy of unknown origins has appeared and stationed his armies all over the Digital World, just so he can get his hands on a single thing.
The Warriors will have to find holders for the four Spirits left if they want to defeat this enemy that was sent from beyond the frontier.

Summary
On the heels of Alastomon's defeat, the Legendary Warriors are forced to return to their regular lives. "He ran as the evening sun was starting to set, past the familiar houses in his neighborhood, he was familiar with the route, having gone it many times. He was clutching his phone as the wind rushed past his face, he had always been a good runner, especially compared to other kids his age.
A man and his son were playing soccer ahead of him, he passed them without paying them much mind, as he did the man was distracted by his phone, answering it and accidentally letting the ball roll past him.
He watched as he saw the ball roll past him and out of instinct ran to catch up with it, he stopped it with his foot and in one smooth motion turned around to pass it back to the man and his kid.
Time seemed to slow for a bit as he turned his head, being met with the sight of a old delivery truck barreling towards him, the driver distracted by his phone just noticed him, way too late to avoid a collision.
He stared, frozen in place, wondering if this was his “Future”."

Summary
Digimon Revolt follows Teagan, the female leader, and the other three digidestined through their journey and interactions in the Digital World. Revolt takes place far after the events of Adventure 01, Adventure 02, and Tamers (with canon divergence taking place in Tamers involving minor character death.) The notion that the events that took place in Adventure 01 and 02 are technically fictional in Tamers canon is scrapped in Revolt. Teagan and the other digidestined are sent to the Digital World from present-day America. There have been many digidestined groups sent to the digital world since the events of Tamers, but none have succeeded in defeating the enemy. The digidestined must find out why they are there, how to help their digimon, and most importantly, how to get back home. This fic is very episodic and meant to simulate a legitimate season of the Digimon English dubs that I grew up with (similar corny dialogue, archetypes, and naming conventions) with more mature elements.

This is not an insult to Frontier. I love the show and the premise. But with how much people complain about it, I'm surprised I haven’t found a fanfic that does a partner au. So, as I love Frontier and this idea has been in my head for a while. I thought why not! Now if somebody complains just throw this and them to shut them up!

A loud beep from his bag made him pause, ducking into the men's bathroom so he could have some privacy from the bustle of the train station. He set his bag on the floor, digging out his emergency phone to see that the screen had turned black with white kanji flashing a message.
'Do you wish to start?'
'Yes' or 'No'
His nose wrinkled in confusion, glancing around to make sure he was alone and wondering if this was some kind of prank by Osamu, as unlikely as that would've been. It wasn't a phone call; while he didn't get many of them, he remembered what that screen looked like. After a few moments of staring, he decided to just click yes, knowing that at the very least the phone couldn't hurt him.
"Shi Yuuki."
He dropped it in surprise, the screen cracking as it hit the floor and he stumbled back into the sink, putting it between him and the phone, frightened. Why was the phone talking? Why. Was. The. Phone. Talking. H-had he accepted a call? It couldn't be, he checked before he pressed yes!
"The game to decide your future has started. Please take the train from Jiyugaoka Station to Shibuya at 17:45." -
