Inspired by the song ‘Lost Boy’ by Ruth B.
All Harry ever wanted was to run away.
The Dursleys, from Dudley, the teachers at school who asked too many questions, and the classmates who look at him with scorn. All Harry had ever known was to run away. To hide away.
On one fateful day, his wish comes true.
It was snowing heavily that day. Just a week after Christmas, on a Sunday afternoon, a voice calls out to him. Beckoning, Harry answers it, only to never return. Good riddance.
An exploration of how the wizarding world 'deals' with a boy who has lost himself, how the characters react and handle such a complex situation, who may and may not have the greatest(nor the brightest) intentions in mind for the saviour of the wizarding world, including a greater expansion of the wizarding world as we currently know it. As the saying goes, the road to hell is paved with good intentions.
