    Emperor Palpatine dies unexpectedly a year before the Death Star would be deemed operational. His heir apparent, Darth Vader, startles the galaxy by passing up the throne, and then passing it on to the newly-elected Senator of Alderaan, Leia Organa, after the Force leads him to directly to her. The new Empress inherits a terrorized galaxy, a broken Empire to tear down from the inside, and the weirdest second-in-command anyone can imagine.

    Or, Vader accidentally hands the galaxy to his rebel daughter, Bail Organa panics professionally, Leia attempts not to get assassinated, and Palpatine rolls in his grave.

Make no mistake, Vader had protested to his best extent - only to be threatened, and humiliated by his master’s cruel whims. 

    'Why wouldn’t you attend, Lord Vader?' the Emperor had cackled with a nasty sneer plastered on his hideous face. 'Forced labour is merely another means to exploit as we secure the foundations of our Empire. Tarla is a highly revered and influential officer, and you are in no position to deny him.     In an exclusive Coruscant brothel, sixteen alien courtesans live in luxury. Carefully avoiding galactic politics—until one of them decides to marry an Imperial officer. What should have been a personal affair, turns into a deadly game. When an son of Admiral is found murdered, and the courtesans are unwittingly caught in a web of power struggles, and hidden agendas within the Empire. As Vice Admiral Rampart sends clone trooper Crosshair to uncover the truth, the women realize they may be pawns in a much larger conspiracy. One that could shake the Empire to its core.

    The work is more of a novel than a fanfiction. It portrays the Empire as it should be — as a true totalitarian system, without the simplifications seen in canon. The entire story revolves around military themes and the psychology of power, human tragedies, love, and controversial taboos. The use of Star Wars characters here is mostly symbolic. The narrative is not told through the lens of the Force or the Rebellion, but through the perspectives of moffs, admirals, and officers. Nothing is black and white. And when someone dies — they die.
