No pref on who they are either- though Octane would be a good fit for the mech with the kink? If you want to do G1 that is. I also have no pref on the continuity wheee.As for how this works with robots- I'm not picky. Malleable metal? Whatever- as long as we can get a swollen belly thing going.

When he did get the chance to take to the skies it was often with a load of Energon or his colleagues. He longed for the early days of the war when he was the first to be sent into battle. He missed the rush of being shot at and the thrill of crushing his enemies beneath his heel. It was painful to realize his best days were behind him.
Since it was unbecoming of an officer of his rank to be ungrateful, Astrotrain kept his feelings to himself. He also didn’t want Skywarp to know how miserable he actually was. As he watched his beautiful friend soar across the blue skies, Astrotrain tried to live vicariously through him. It warmed Astrotrain’s spark to see Skywarp so happy.”
This is the backstory on how Astrotrain became the Decepticon’s greatest and most powerful Triple Changer. This story goes deeper into a character that has not been explored that much in the animated series. This follows the storyline from the 1984-87 series and also spans the movie.
