Summary
So, Lance has to fight five champions of an alien race to save Keith- wouldn't sound too hard if he wasn't blind from an injury at that very moment. Oh, and did he mention that if he doesn't defeat the five then Keith is given to them like some prize? Some delicious little prize that they will most likely do whatever they please with?
Left to fend for themselves, blinded and injured, two unlikely Paladins must work together to survive. Tensions get high with horrid creatures, a determined assassinator, and their growing attraction to the other.
So, both a frustrating tension and sexual one, huh? Or could you consider those the same thing?

Lance becomes determined to unveil the writer and find out a) what is his problem exactly and b) does he really think Lance's eyes are that blue?
A tale in which Lance is oblivious and pining for the hot nerd in the back of his Greek mythology class, Keith can wield a pen with deadly cruelty, and you, dear readers, suffer from the pains of dramatic irony.

Lance couldn’t bite back his smile anymore, and smiling widely and freely, he pulled Keith into a tight hug, one that the other man eagerly returned.
“I think I might be a little bit in love with you already, Keith Kogane.”

Lance has always been a bit more sensitive to things like magic and spirits. Just something he can sense, but isn't necessarily drawn to or seeks out on his own. Until he starts having dreams of a man he's never met and wondering why he spends his waking hours feeling like he's mourning someone's death. After the dreams become a daily occurence, Lance goes on (what he believes is) a wild goose chase to sate his curiosity and, hopefully, end his melancholic feelings.

In order to find his birth brother and keep his new family safe, Lance goes undercover as a human at the Galaxy Garrison. Izuku Midoriya is unlucky, to say the least and life hasn't exactly been kind. Things weren't so bad in the beginning, but once he was diagnosed quirkless, well, it all went to shit. Everyone grew to hate him, even his best friend and own father.
Was it really that impossible to become a hero without a quirk? It doesn't really matter because to Izuku, the term hero is flexible. He'll be his own hero because he's learnt from his own experience, people are selfish and the only one he can rely on is himself.
Left alone to fend for himself in the world, Izuku goes out to change things on his own terms, despite his methods being slightly illegal. Keyword, slightly. It's only illegal if he gets caught, right?

Allura had told them once that Voltron was their destiny.
If anything, Keith thinks, Lance had proven that while finding the lions might have been on the dime of some greater plan, compliance to their supposed fate was not strictly required in any remote sense of the word.
In fact, by Lance's standard of doing things it was all rather bullshit.
(Or: The story of the destruction of Earth and its aftermath, feat. questionable science in regards to weapons of mass destruction, gratuitous Star Wars references, theoretical chess games with the emperor of most of the known universe, explosions, the greatest bromance of all time, the worst romance of all time, far too many guns, concussions, extreme misuse of the French language, awkward flirting, and Lance in an overly-dramatic trench coat.)
