He pushes aside the fear starting to boil in his stomach and slides a hand under his cowl to check for a pulse. He sighs in relief.
"You really had me for a minute there batsy.." he speaks softly, not knowing if Batman can hear him.

Summary
The stain on the left side of her face was the colour of pressed lilies. Plum-sized. It lay a finger's breadth below the cheekbone, adorning her skin like old make-up. Joker had seen any form of bruising too often and had done it himself to be stupid enough to even consider that option. The stain was real, dark, probably hours old. And it was not of his doing.

Lazlo Valentin was intelligent, and the machinery he’d created grew in popularity. The animatronics were what he’d given life to with Patrick Wayne—grandpa—until Valentin went off the rails in the late eighties, and became known as the twisted serial killer, Professor Pyg.
Thirty years after his disappearance, Bruce is sure he’s resurfaced. He simply has to survive five nights inside the abandoned pizzeria he’s trapped in, with Joker, to prove it.

Not all fics mention fashion choices lol, that would be awkward and forced but its there in spirit. My Ideas That Have Not Been Finished/Written Yet:
Joker talks cryptically to Batman one sleepless night about witnessing her father die in a crowd crush caused by a fire at the 1939 Gotham World’s Fair. At the time she was seven and sitting on his shoulders. The way she talks about it, it feels completely unprocessed.
Cassette player in the batmobile - Shivers
Batman has never been musically inclined but when he adds a cassette player to the batmobile he learns just how passionate Joker is about music, specifically loud music. Maybe it starts to grow on him as well... or maybe seeing how it effects Joker is whats growing on him. (the music they listen to is left up to reader interpretation) <3- Words:
