But before his captors can seal his fate (or vice versa), he crosses paths with the Iron Bull and his loyal Chargers, embarking on an unexpected alliance while en-route to Haven. All the while, a malevolent force looms over Thedas, threatening to plunge the realm into chaos and death, its arrival and Tav's forgotten past intrinsically entwined.
