The first fifteen fics or so in this series are pretty unconnected and can be read in any order. They reference each other in small ways but not in any way that would be significant. After part 15 Spilled Secrets, the fics get a little more connected but for the most part can still be read in any order!

Summary
Understanding the language of Legend is an art, not a science; it’s made up of contradictions and careful redirection, hidden behind bitter scowls and year-old layered walls. There are no rules to it, unlike any other dialect, and grasping the meanings of such subtle changes in posture and attitude is a process. A long one at that.
But it’s a language that so obviously wants to be learned, even if it acts the opposite. So it’s a good thing Warriors has extra time on his hands.

Warriors find himself alone in a cell, and must work to escape from his unknown captors.
"The voices continued to get louder and a burst of laughter sounded from right outside the door. Warriors stumbled, his hands smacking against the side of a barrel. He quickly felt around, finding a large stack of similar kegs. He ducked behind them, out of sight from the door.
The door slammed open, light streaming into the small room as sloppy footsteps thudded through the doorway. Warriors held his breath. He was almost out. He just needed to wait for them to leave, sneak past the banquet, and out the double doors at the end of the hall."

Warriors just snarled.
“Look, I’ll get you free. Minimal damage, and you can just walk away. That’s that. But I want you to tell me what you know about Link.”

Welcome to Febuwhump 2024, where everyone suffers.I attempt Febuwhump!
Day 1- Legend and Wild get dropped off a cliff
Day 2- Wind is stuck in a grey room, completely alone. At least, sort of.
Day 3- Four’s fascination with dark magic goes too far.
Day 4- Legend has two options, kill or be killed.
Day 5- Wild and Wind go sailing, Wild gets the worst of it.
Day 6- There's something wrong with Wild. Hyrule notices too late.
Day 7- Sky is tired. Again.
Day 8- Karma catches up to Wars. He's fine (hopefully).
Day 9- Four falls into a river, and loses something in the process.
Day 10- Hyrule learns why one doesn’t walk down dark streets by themself.
Day 11- Twilight learns why time travel sucks
Day 12- Hyrule isn’t prepared for the Hebra region.-

Summary
Soldiers who abandon their posts without warning or permission are punished for their treachery. Brought before the court, if they're caught, and most face serious sentences. Warriors knows this. it's not until he comes home though that he realizes that his sudden disappearance by portal will be counted as desertion as well, and thus he too will face the consequences that he's handed down so many times before.

He ushers the chain out the door with a motion that’s only patient and slow because of practiced restraint, and then a Link, a word pours through the room and hits Warriors right between the shoulder blades, cold and breath-hitching like river water.
The flinch in his posture is miniscule, but he knows the two women behind him see it. He thinks maybe the chain does too.
“Alone,” the Queen calls.
Something lumpy pushes up his throat.

Summary
Another wave washed over the deck, and Legend gripped the rope in his hands more tightly. The water was knee-deep now, splashing over the railing like it desperately wanted to claim the ship for itself. With every wave they hit, the ship lurched violently to the side, and the heroes had to cling to the railing so they wouldn't fall overboard.
The Chain is caught in a storm while out sailing. Legend in particular is not having a good time.

Summary
All these years, Time had trusted that his Captain was out there, shining and strong and unshakeable.
Why would he have thought otherwise? The war had been won. He’d been sent home safe, and promised tearfully to see the Captain again, in the way that people who know they will never return make promises anyway.
But this quest had given Time hope for another meeting.
The Chain had been cautiously excited to meet the man from the stories, the man who’d helped their leader grow into the steady, reliable hero he was today.
They were expecting a soldier, a warrior, standing tall and proud, victorious on the battlefield.
This is a man who has seen a very different type of battle.
OR
Link hasn't been a Captain for a long time. Or a brother. He's barely felt like a person.
The Chain freeing him from Cia is only the start of his journey towards recovery.(Bad-end post WoE Warriors gets rescued by the chain)
