Percy wasn't even entirely sure if this was actually his Dad. Or if it was his Dad he would even listen to him considering the sheer lack of absence in his life before now. But that was fine it wasn't really about his Dad hearing him.

Hurray, story five is happening. I have the first seven chapters all laid out in my head and I am looking forward to get them down on paper. Suggestions, comments and/or input is always welcome. ~~~~~~~~~~The couple and their son, who was in a highchair between his parents, were having brunch at a little café in Honolulu that a Navy friend had recommended to the head of Five-O. Steve was enjoying a large plate of steak and eggs, while the profiler was eating a twist on the classic Eggs Benedict. John was chasing mushy peas around the tray in front of him, with his mother feeding him spoonfuls of carrot puree at random intervals. The baby had started on solids a couple of months ago. It was nice to be out together enjoying the sunshine as a family, sans the furry members of the household.

This is the sixth story in my Stronger Series and continues the story of Dr. Mariah Gray and the residents of the City of Atlantis with a minor time jump. Some old friends, enemies and frenemies come out of the woodwork, all while the normal disasters that plague the expedition are being dealt with. Chaos ensues....
I really didn’t think this story was actually going to happen. I had ideas for a couple of chapters, then the opening scene popped into my head and I started writing. We will have to see where it goes.
So this is a Buffy the Vampire Slayer/StarGate Atlantis Crossover, but without Buffy or any of the Scoobies. Basically I took the Slayer lore and shoved it into a Stargate Atlantis story. Don’t say you weren’t warned… Some of what I just said may be a lie, you’ll just have to read and find out.

His dark eyes stared down at me blankly. I wasn’t entirely sure why he was here. I had thought he was supposed to be busy all day with matchmaking and marriage proposals as Kikyo and Silva thought it was time for him to start looking for a wife and knew several candidates they wanted to introduce him to. From what I’d heard from Zeno, they weren’t going well.
“Illumi-sama.” I bowed politely. “Is everything oka-.”
“We’re getting married.” He said simply.
I blinked a few times as my mind tried to register what had just come out of his mouth. “Um, I don’t think I heard you right. What did you say, Illumi-sama?”
“We’re getting married.” He repeated in the exact same simple unaffected tone.
My mouth went dry and my heart fluttered unsteadily in my chest. There was no possible way Illumi just proposed to me, well in true Illumi fashion it wasn’t so much a proposal as a simple demanding statement, but there was no way this was happening. The best explanation was that in our most recent sparring match, Illumi had knocked me into some weird twisted coma and I was having some super trippy hallucination. That seemed more rational. -

Percy’s always known he was a bit different from the other children. The other children didn’t have sharp teeth or claws. The other children didn’t have scales or gills. The other children weren’t able to detect when someone was coming up behind them by the way their footsteps sounded, even if you were across the street. The other children couldn’t see the future or the past in their dreams or flashes of someone's fate when he looked at them. They weren’t able to hear the sound of someone’s breath from 30 feet away.
But Percy was okay with that. He didn’t need any of the other kids. They stayed away from him even if they couldn’t see his ever-changing eyes that could stare into your soul or his too-long fingers with claws instead of nails. But that was okay, he told himself, he had his Mom, Auntie Bronze, and Apollo, and that was all he needed.
