Summary
When Harry finds an injured Snape on his doorstep and must hide him from the Dursleys, he has no idea that this very, very bad day will be the start of something good.
Harry and Snape are thrown together by annoying relatives, a series of strange dreams, and Voldemort's latest hunt for Harry, but their greatest challenge may well be surviving each other. This will be a long summer unless the two can find a way to work together. A slow-burn enemy-to-mentor story.
Alternate 6th summer (and part of the school year): post-OotP; ignores HBP and DH. No slash, no romance. NOW COMPLETE!

Summary
When Harry Potter has been kept in the confines of the property of Privet Drive, forced to do all the chores and housework for the Dursley's, he's beginning to lose his sanity. That is, until, his most hated Professor, Severus Snape, swoops in and whisks him away to his cozy cottage on Spinner's End.
Or, Snape takes Harry from the Dursley's as his new temporary guardian for the summer. And he has one hell of a year at Hogwarts.

In a world populated by magic and monsters, certain men develop certain ecclectic tastes. Sniper is very much one of them, the amiable Australian collecting experiences most illicit. He tracks down creatures sapient yet monstrous, and endeavors to bed them.
This series' chronology is vague, but is presented here in order.
The majority of this series was written before The Naked and the Dead came out, and thus before Spy was revealed as Scout's father. In the continuity of this series, that is only true of RED Scout and RED Spy. BLU Scout and BLU Spy are entirely unrelated in this series, however, for reasons that become pretty clear in Playing With Fire.
