It's gorgeous and i don't know what to say
I was just grinning so hard throughout the entire fic. That was so awesome omg i didn't expect the story to be so good AAAA! I loved everything here, it does feel like it's from Nolan's films. And i really loved the connection to Chill's killer being Jack it was kinda unexpected and soooooo amazing! And all the moments from the past were excellent!! I fricking loved them they were so entertaining AUGH! Idk it feels like i was blessed with something i wasn't prepared for! I'm at a loss of my words. It was fantastic. How the hell i didn't read this before??? Omg?? Was i blind or something???
Great fic, lovely fic, will reread it 100%. One of my favourite batjokes fic now :)

“I submit,” Batman said, kneeling. It gave even the Joker pause. His voice was even softer than usual, a murmur. His hands hovered around his cowl, hesitant. “I’ll….take it off. Don’t kill them.”
The Joker tilted his head, fascinated. “You will, now?”
“I will.” Batman said, sure of it now. He locked eyes with Harvey, something wry in his gaze before it slid to Gordon. Gordon. He’d been the man’s best friend--his confidant. Of course it would end over Gordon. “But you cannot hurt these people.”
“I promise,” the Joker said seriously, unable to look away from the man’s hands. “Do it.”
The cowl was unlatched slowly, parts that interlocked falling to pieces, drawn away from a face with angular cheekbones. Dark hair filled Harvey’s vision, hazel eyes staring out at him from a face that had mocked him for months. Bruce Wayne.
