His eyes catch on a blaze of orange and Will realizes that what he’d thought was a pocket square is actually a butterfly perched daintily on his lapel.
“My thoughts are often not tasty,” Will retorts. Before Doctor Lecter can say anything else, he continues, “Is that your daemon?”

Will Graham has lived in louisiana his whole life, after moving again and settling in a trailer in a new town with his dad, he builds a little life for himself. His routine stays mostly the same untill one day a new boy comes into town, at first he is merely curious but eventually he finds that the new boy is very much his favourite thing about moving too the town.
AKA: Hannibal moves to louisiana before he goes to med school and meets Will Graham. Romance ensues! ALSO SET IN THE EARLY 2000s!
