What if Eluréd and Elurín didn't die in the forest? What if they went somewhere else? Like Gotham, for instance.
Well, given that they're traumatized, dark haired, light eyed orphans, we know exactly what happens.

Summary
Maglor meets Nimloth of Doriath, and is surprised. Elrond and Bilbo go to Valimar, and meet Ingwion, leader of the Vanyar Host from the War of Wrath, Indis and Melian. Elrond gets rather cross and channels his inner Maia. Bilbo is sensible. And Eönwë, Herald of the Valar, brings news.
“He gives you a good death, I’ll give him that, your brother Celegorm,” Nimloth said, to Maglor’s considerable surprise. “I’m afraid the people that I killed didn’t get such an expert send-off. But then, I had less practice in that line of work. His was painless, a very tidy job. I hope your standards are as high.”

Summary
Across Valinor, Tirnel of the Green Elves has been looking for her son. If only there weren’t hundreds of elves named after the famous king who, by pure coincidence, happened to share his name.
Maybe Gil-galad the King can help her find her son.
--
“Tirnel,” he echoed, and it was a surprise to discover that he pronounced her name as she did, with the Nandorin vowels rather than the Sinda ones she had grown used to. He did not attempt to guess at a second name for her, as she had learned the Noldor and Vanyar were prone to doing.

Summary
When Dior Eluchíl refuses to give up the Silmaril and the remaining sons of Fëanor are forced to act, Amras offers to infiltrate Doriath and steal the Silmaril.
Unfortunately for him, he swiftly learns that Dior is not easily deceived and ends up being captured and kept as a hostage. While the Fëanorians are desperately trying to get him and the Silmaril back, Amras soon finds himself bonding with Dior's twin sons as well as his eerily charming captor, desperately craving the affection and closeness the Oath and Amrod's death have long taken from him; the very same Oath that may soon force his brothers to sacrifice him.

Summary
A series of stories about Elrond's return to Aman at the end of the Third Age. All these assume that Maglor son of Fëanor was one of the other unnamed Elves who accompanied Elrond, Galadriel, Gandalf, Frodo and Bilbo on the ship when they left Middle-earth. Point of view is usually either Maglor or Elrond, but occasionally someone else (Celebrian, Lalwen, Nerdanel...)
The first story, And the wind as sweet as honey in the mouth, is about Maglor and Elrond meeting again in the Second Age, rather than in Aman, but fits with the overall series otherwise.
This series is connected with the Mandos series, about the experiences of Feanor, Fingolfin, Fingon, Curufin and Celegorm in the Halls of Mandos, but it can stand alone.
All are welcome to remix, translate or reinterpret these works as they like. They are not my characters!

In which “blessed by Ulmo” means that Tuor and his line are skinchangers who turn into aquatic mammals. This changes nothing, except the things that it does. 300% fluff, feelings, and otters who just want to snuggle.
Some are more interrelated than others, and things get mentioned across the timeline, but any of them should stand alone. There is also a spinoff series in the same universe, but which does not contain the skinchangers here.
