Summary
Dream backs up a couple steps, his body numb from either the wind chill or the lack of blood flowing from his broken heart. His mind curses him, curses his body as it stumbles over nothing, curses his eyes for tearing up behind the spare mask Techno had brought for him, curses his voice as he stutters out an “okay.” He manages to thank Techno with a clear voice, toeing the edge of happiness, but he is anything but.
He feels angry, he feels sad, he feels cold, he feels one second away from teetering off the edge of never-coming-back. He can’t direct any of these emotions towards Techno, though, no matter how hard he tries, because Techno is kind. Techno is kind to everyone who needs it, even if they’ve hurt him in the past. Techno helps children left out in the cold, and named every dog in his Hound Army because he didn't want one of them to feel left out, and he talked fondly about his potato plants in prison as if they were sentient beings.
Techno is kind to people, and animals, and plants, so surely Dream is none of those things, right?
Surely Techno finally figured out that Dream is the monster everybody says he is, right?
Right.
Or: Dream escaped the prison but left his humanity behind

Summary
“Welcome to Pepehands Pizza!” A voice, sounds from his right, and he turns to find a man already looking at him with a smile on his face. Momentarily, Techno feels stunned. Maybe it’s simply because the man is exactly his type, but he thinks, utterly besotted already, that if his type was something completely different, it would likely change drastically after meeting this man.
Is Techno allowed to award points to restaurants simply because of the attractive waitstaff?
“Uh- sir? You okay?” Techno mentally cursed at himself, clearing his throat and coughing slightly to make sure he didn't spill out any of the words he was saying in his own mind.
“Eh- yeah. Sorry, just blown away by the… decorations in here.” As he spoke, Techno’s eyes trailed away from the pretty freckles dancing over a slightly-crooked nose, looking at the walls to find barely anything covering pale, off-white paintーhe’s made a fool of himself far too many times in the span of one minute, he’s going to have to include a warning in his write-up that the waitstaff will make you lose any sense of control you thought you had.
Or:Dream is a waiter at a two star restaurant, and Techno is a health inspector that keeps coming back

“Are Mr. Dream and Mr. Blade dating?”
Tommy nearly spits out the poor excuse for green beans as he stares at the new kidーRamboob, he’s pretty sureーwith his eyes wide and his mouth shut tightly in case he actually does spit out the school’s daily vegetables.
He scoffed, completely swallowing the green beans in his mouth so he doesn’t have to talk with it half-full. “I can’t believe you would say something like that, Ramboob, The Blade would never date someone like Dream,” Tommy almost shivered at his own words. To think, to think that this new kid who is trying to steal Tubbo from him, now thought that Mr. Blade, the coolest teacher and possibly the coolest man in the world, would ever date Dream, the lowest of the low, the tyrant, the only person who would assign twenty homework questions in the hardest subject.
If Dream was dating anybody, it would be whatever loser invented math.
Or: Tommy doesn't believe that Mr. Blade, his English teacher, and Dream, his math teacher, are together, and Ranboo's also there

Summary
As he stands in the foyer of his apartment, with a three year old child resting in his arms, staring at the ground, he wonders what the hell did he just do?
A part of Techno, when he impulsively started the adoption process late one night, didn’t even think he was going to pass. There was a lot he would need to do, a lot of qualifications people would need to check, and surely something in there wouldn’t be good, right? Surely whatever inside him persuaded him to complete the online application and send it in would be squashed when he didn’t pass, right?
Wrong. Well- at least the second part is wrong, because he passed. With flying colors. Apparently his apartment just needed to be child-proofed, with outlet covers and whatnot; and despite being a Minecraft Youtuber, his financial situation is steady; and he’s never even gotten a speeding ticket, so his legal records are all spotless.
And now he has a kid.
… Someone at the California Adoption Agency is going to get fired for this.
Or: Techno adopts an orphan because of a joke tweet, and it ends up being the best decision of his life

Summary
Technoblade didn’t know a lot about servers.
He knew the basicsーthat each server has its own “world,” all of which are connected through portals located in the main hub, Hypixel, and that each person’s code had to be wired into each world code, to keep out unwanted people. But even then, he’s still confusedーlike how is he supposed to know what code actually is, or how portals even worked? He’s sure he could ask an admin, like Phil or Dream, but to be honest he doesn’t really care.
As long as he can freely go between different servers and have different houses, he doesn’t care about the logistics.
That all being said, he’s pretty sure that when you go through a portal, everything about the server you came from was supposed to leave your person.
So why is he standing in the Dream SMP with bunny ears resting atop his head?
Or: a glitch causes techno to have bunny ears and dream uses that to his advantage
