    Loki was many things, but one of his little-known habits was his curiosity, or rather the fact that he acted on it without necessarily thinking about the consequences. Well, it was more that he did not care, to be honest. Loki is a scientist at heart, he likes to test things, so what could be better for a magical being like him than to have the Tesseract? Of course, he was going to experiment with it, what was Thor thinking?
    Oh, yes... Thor did not know. It did not matter though. It was a detail.
    Except when said detail led him to a Thor with TWO natural eyes, an adoptive father conveniently falling into a magical coma to let him deal with the shitty foreign policy – with an impending war, had he forgotten? – and a still-living mother who had always been too perceptive for her own good. Bloody witches.

    Rowan is a troubled 18 year old, who has run away from university. That wouldn't be a problem, except that Tony Stark is their uncle, and isn't happy with their behavior. He forces them to live at the Avengers Compound, to keep an eye on them. But at that same compound lives Loki, always looking for ways to get under Stark's skin.

    Because of the dangers of Stark's occupation, Rowan is unexpectedly thrown into the company of Loki, and the two need to find a way to navigate their differences (and several near death predicaments) if they want to survive in the universe.

    Being in prison is far from ideal. Especially when one is an unmated Omega. It leads to less than comfortable circumstances to say the least. Frigga however is determined to ensure that Loki at least has a chance to find out who actually was meant to be her son's soulmate. But every race does it differently and for some reason Midgardians had to go and have multiple soulmates per person. And that was just what Loki wanted. Multiple people to reject him and hate his guts. Oh, and there's still that whole... prison hitch as well to figure out.

    Thor knew something was weird, he was just not quite able to put his finger on it. His Father had hastened him to return to Earth, weakening himself in the process, no doubt, as the Rainbow Bridge was still...out of commission to say the least. What he had not expected was to have his father wish him to return with his brother, Loki. He had thought Loki dead, but it would seem that was not quite correct. That alone is suspect, he had fallen into the Void, after all, and none survive the void. Needless to say, his twist of memories, though Thor knew a good portion of what he had told him on the rock was true, there was something that ringed...off with what he was saying. It made more sense when he got more information though, but he had no idea how to fix his little brother.
