    Summary

    There's a subgenre in the Bible known as apocalyptic literature because it's about the end of the world. It's not all doom and gloom like you might think, though! These stories are always written during a time when its audience is going through some sort of persecution or suffering, and the point is to offer hope in times of trial. The end of the world isn't supposed to be the destruction of all things good. It's supposed to be the coming of justice for the wronged—yet there is also a place reserved for mercy. This is the hope I have when I face trials, and it's the hope I work to capture in these stories.

    So here's my collection of weird apocalyptic tales. Not all of them are literally about the apocalypse, but they all fit my theme.

    “You asked for me,” Tommy pants, trying not to show pain but knows he’s not succeeding as he heaves air like a man starved. “You asked the heroes to hand me over in exchange for the hostages. You’ve seen me fight. Zyghost knows too.”
    He knows that Tommy can’t jump anymore, but that’s all of it. Maybe they’re thinking his electricity and power shocks is something tied to his teleportation, but they can’t know the true extent of Tommy’s “power” and he’s pretty sure that that is what’s keeping him alive.

    “You want to poke me,” he hisses, although it doesn’t sound nearly as threatening as he wants, when he’s so goddamned tired and hurt and fucking aching.
    “You want to prod me. You want to figure out my powers. Either you think I’m your new bargaining chip or your new protégé you want to torture into submission,” he spits, hitting the nail on its fucking head when Sentinel freezes in his sights. “Well I’m fucking neither. I’m Theseus, illegal fucking vigilante and two of your hostages happened to be my family.

    “And this is personal, bitch.”

    Or: Being a vigilante isn’t simple—or legal—but Tommy refuses to sit on the sidelines.

Fruits and vegetables, as well as wheat and bread is collected for Tommy, and a lot of food is taken and cooked for Wilbur whenever he’d need to switch into “ghost mode” as he calls it.

    It’s perfect. So perfect.

    Wilbur had barely drifted off before he heard the familiar voice, slowly stretching downwards as two figures arrived in his view.
    ‘Look, there he is!’
    ‘Tommy!’ Wilbur’s eyes snapped open at the second voice, startled so much that he almost jumped out of the hybrid’s arms. He gradually relaxed again once he examined the taller figure, his green and white bucket hat contrasting the solid grey of his wings.
    ‘Phil, you scared him!’ The teen exclaimed, holding him tighter as the realisation that Wilbur finally knew his name settled in.
    ‘Tommy, he has a name tag...’
    ‘I know? His name is Soot apparently.’

Tubbo had been an even bigger thorn in his side than Tommy had with New L’Manburg and his butchered attempt at executing him during the Green Festival. And yet, Dream didn’t look at him once after they were done fighting. He probably could have gotten a punch in with how tunneled Dream’s vision seemed to be. It wouldn’t have gotten them anywhere, but he could have.

    “Listen, Tommy, since you joined the server, you’ve been a headache!” Dream had started off, already isolating Tommy as the single cause of all of his problems. As if Tubbo, one of the people who literally tried to execute him, wasn’t standing right there. “You’ve brought war, you brought terrorism, you’ve brought bad everything! But! But! The cause of all the wars, of everything, was attachment, alright? Your attachment to the discs, your attachment to Henry, to pets, to friends-” He waved vaguely in Tubbo’s direction at that but still didn’t look at him. “To land, to countries, to items, right?”.

    A midnight stroll quickly turns sour when Wilbur and Tommy run into four vampire hunters. Wilbur toys with them playing cat and mouse while Tommy hangs back watches.

    Tommy sees one of them gearing up to attack Wilbur and Wilbur doesn’t even react. So he does the obvious thing and leaps in front of Wilbur getting a slash to the face.

    Wilbur stares at the cut on Tommy’s cheek and slowly looks towards the hunters. In the blink of an eye Wilbur easily massacred the men before scooping Tommy up and carrying him home silently.

    Tommy stayed silent the entire walk home because he’s picking up the vibes that he’s in major fucking trouble.

    Or:

    Fledgling Tommy gets hurt from trying to protect Sire Wilbur and Wilbur is not pleased.

    Tommy never believed people when they told him it would get better. Quite frankly, he thought it was just some bullshit saying used to placate people going through shitty experiences. Then, Tommy started his first year at secondary school and all of a sudden he's found two people who (finally) love him. Two people who hold him and console him, who laugh and cry with him. And maybe just maybe it did feel a little better. Don't get him wrong, it was still shitty 90% of the time, but that 10% was enough. Enough for him. So maybe, just maybe, things do get better.

    Now it's 10 years later and Tommy likes to think that things did get better. He's a famous musician whose just been interviewed live on radio, with two brothers who would sell every bone in their body to keep him safe. Yeah, so maybe it does get better.

    And then, he gets a phone call from his (ex) family.

    Well Fuck.

    Yeah, no, Maybe things don't get better.

    or The SBI are a shitty family. Tommy manages to find two people who are willing to burn the whole world to the ground for him and with them he manages to build something out of himself. Too bad the SBI can't just leave him the fuck alone.

    In a world where Dream was right, and everyone in L’manberg really did hate Tommy, we dive in deep. With a suicidal Tommy who is unable to die, a Dream who has an insatiable bloodlust, a Tubbo who despises Tommy, a Techno who isn’t used by Tommy as a weapon, a Ghostbur who secretly isn’t as innocent as he seems, a Philza who is just as much of an anarchist as Techno, and a nation that believes its exiled once-citizen Tommy is worse of a villain than Techno. Dream and Tommy make a deal that will tear the SMP into pieces, Tommy figures out Dream was manipulating him but doesn’t mind it anymore, and Techno is curious as to why his little brother hasn’t been annoying anyone lately, only to discover his nation had betrayed the kid. Techno wants to figure out what the hell is going on before the voices get loud enough to make him snap and raze the country that hurt his brothers to the ground.

     

    Dream is having issues with a 16 year old that doesn’t seem to understand that he doesn’t want to be friends.

    Tommy isn’t budging.
