He placed the toy on his grandson’s nightstand, a wooden thunk following with the action, and he pursed his lips and furrowed his brow, thinking about his next reply carefully.
“I think . . .” he started, turning to face the pup before he shifted his weight to leave, “. . . that it’s more of a legend, Funds --”
“I know it’s real!” the younger interrupted excitedly, promptly going eerily still, his back straightening.
The Elytrian laughed softly. “Okay,” he replied before lowering his voice to a whisper. “It’s real!”

These are all facts. But questions remain: why, exactly, would magic be banned and the End sealed? Why was Tubbo left in a box? And what, exactly, happened to the last Champion of the End?

The man made his way to the counter, stopping right beside him. Fundy pretended not to notice, staring into his glass. It didn’t matter if he gave him any attention. Tommy had never needed an audience to babble on about nothing. He was in love with the sound of his own voice.
“Look at you, all grown up,” he observed. “You look like just like your old man.”
Fundy groaned into his drink, watching the surface of the amber liquid ripple slightly. “What the fuck are you doing here?”
Tommy leaned in, plucking the cigarette from Fundy’s loose grasp. He took a long drag and exhaled loudly, blowing smoke in Fundy’s face. “Wilbur’s back,” he said through the cloud, as if it might soften the blow.
“He’s what?”

He terrorized the Greater Dream SMP for years. He built an empire on the backs of children. He staged a revolution and emerged victorious, before bombing his own country to ashes. He died before anyone could hold him accountable, abandoning his teenage accomplices to fend for themselves.
Three years later, Wilbur Soot is back to ruin Tommy, Tubbo, and Fundy's lives all over again.

Summary
After everything that has happened in the dsmp, Tommy and Tubbo took it upon themselves to run away.
Fundy being angry and alone also decided to run away.
The three of them end up bumping into each other and Fundy decides to take responsibility for these kids.
They end up finding a docked ship right around the border and stowaway in one of the vents.
What happens when they're discovered? Will 5up keep these stowaways, or will he fall in love with the fox guy?

YO! With the first 6 chapters of the story there is a huge gap where I took a break writing. You may notice a huge leap in writing from chapter 6 compared to 7.
