Summary
Unlike most IZ fanfics you the reader are DUMB. You don't realize Zim is an alien but you are an outcast to the others. Dib is going insane and Gaz just lost her only chance to go to a gaming tournament because of Dib so she's PISSED. You basically just go on adventures with the main cast doing dumb stuff and whenever I feel like typing it.

Shortly after being on Earth for five years, The Almighty Tallest have finally decided that Zim isn't entertaining them anymore and make his exile official. Zim and Dib had stopped actually trying to maim eachother by that point, so when Zim didn't make an appearance of any kind for a few days Dib decided to go looking for the green thorn in his side.
When he found Zim alone that night, staring up at the stars with such a hopeless expression, he hadn't expected that to be the beginning of many changes.
I haven't written fanfiction in so long so forgive me if there's parts that are stilted or rushed, I'm doing my best. I also haven't watched the entirety of IZ in years, and I haven't read the comic, so alot of this is headcannon and based on some other fics on ao3. Please leave comments, any criticism is good criticism and even if you just want to hate have at it.Tags will change as the story goes on. I don't really have a plan, this just spawned from a comic script I wrote for my Instagram ( @kaydenthegayden ) and I decided I wanted to write a story around it.

Zim was everyone’s favorite mistake.
The defective kept around for humor and amusement.
No one bothered hiding this from him. He was too starstruck by his “fans” to really notice anywayEveryone cheered as his life was squeezed out of him. Laughed as he cried and begged. Threw snacks at him while he tried to fight back. His spilled blood was bottled and sold as a souvenir. Irkens took photos by his corpse. And when the attraction was over his PAK was removed and his body shoved down a garbage chute. The PAK was dismantled and compressed and given to the tallest as a gift.
His broadcasted death was loved and adorned by many across the Galaxy. Celebrated universally. Broadcasted to even the most remote planets. It was truly a good time in history.
That is until his official journals were accidentally released to the public. Until those who really knew him, felt a strange emotion when remembering the blood shed.
