Summary
Wade Wilson is getting sick of being told what to do. Constant calls and messages about some other sorry fuck that he needs to 'deal with' demanded alongside laughably graphic threats of violence towards him. It's getting predictable, tired, boring even. He wants out. This last job pushed him over the edge, it had him packing up and fucking off to Manhattan without even finishing it.
Peter Parker is recently divorced, broke, unemployed, and still mourning his aunt, May. He used to believe that Spider-Man was the best thing that ever happened to him, but lately it's been the reason for him losing everything. Alas, it's not like he can just stop. People look to him for safety and security, he's a symbol.
Things only get more complicated for Peter when Deadpool shows up in his city and demands his attention.

Summary
There’s a bunch of photos with the camera flipped, candids of a coworker not realising there’s a phone pointed at him. The guy has fluffy brown hair and rectangular glasses. There’s only one picture with a clear quality shot of his features and it’s a side profile, so Wade knows he has a slightly crooked nose and a thin scar from jawline to cheek on one side of his face, but that’s it.
Still. There’s something about this guy that feels… familiar? That shouldn’t be right, because Wade doesn’t make a lot of acquaintances that have nothing to do with the masked weirdo lifestyle and this guy is just a barista at a coffee shop, but there’s definitely some deja vu-like feelings happening.

What he gets is an eerily empty apartment, complete radio silence from Peter's family and friends, and a collection of chilling voicemails left by Peter.

Summary
Adjusting to Gotham hadn’t been easy, but after a few hard months in his new home, Peter could finally say that he created a feasible routine of fighting crime and working odd jobs. It’s been a stressful month.
Peter had somehow turned up in this place, Gotham, and had spent the past few weeks figuring out how to survive by the bare minimum. His Spider-Sense had been buzzing nearly constantly. And maybe it was the slow-paced starvation that sunk into the deep of his bones, but he was also incredibly moody.
That left him as an over-exhausted, nervous, starving teenager who was alone.
So yeah, it’s been a stressful month.

“What the fuck, dude?” He finally exclaims, breaking all melodramatic pretenses and slamming his hands down on the table, “Either listen to the goddamn riddle or let me kill you so we can get this exchange over with!”
Peter nods, “Sorry, sorry, my bad on that one. I finally remembered the word I was thinking of. Here, let’s make a deal this time - cross my heart I’ll keep it - so if I can’t solve your riddle you get to…” Peter gestures, leaving it open ended, and the Riddler seems to perk up.
“Kill you in a blaze of glory,” he finishes, primly, and the melodrama returns as he crosses his legs and re-steeples his hands, “And if you win? I must be fair, after all.”
“Uhh… would you mind telling me where I am?”
OR
Peter's greatest enemy is time management and also maybe the hoard of superheroes that are crawling all over Gotham.
