Honestly, when Malon bought the ranch and the land surrounding it, she had chuckled at the warnings given to her. Something about it being built directly on a leyline, where the barrier between reality and the arcane was thinnest. She waved her hand at the other farmers, trying to warn her away from possibly the best plot of land she had ever seen. Now, she was beginning to think they were right about that whole magic thing, as she watched softly glowing eyes peer right back at her from within the trees that bordered the property.

“Oh? Jealous, I see?” Legend raised an eyebrow, a smirk on his face.
“No!” Twilight raised his hands in surrender. “‘Course not. It’s just…”
“Strange.”
“Yeah.” Twilight rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, before realizing it was wet and groaned. “After Wind figured out tha whole..timeline thing-y, he’s been real close wit’ th’ old man.”

Sometimes Twilight needs a night off. He loves being a big brother, but being a person, being Link, is nice too. Especially after the others have been especially chaotic. Sometimes, he just wants to be the wild one, and unfortunately for Ashei, he takes his chances when he can. Does that mean petting every cat he sees/hears? Yes. Does that result in finding a bloody trail through the alleys and seeking out a certain bug princess at 2 am? Also yes. But hey! They both know they'd do anything for their team-mates.

TWILIGHT AND THE RESISTENCE!!!! I love that! Twilight getting to be the baby for once, a stupid reckless link like all the others. The atmosphere of the bar and twilight just hanging with his friends completely at ease was so healing to read
Also ashei. I love ashei. Everyone knows that ashei is the one in charge, _she_ is the one walking everyone home!
This portrayal of agatha was also very entertaining for me. Her princess roleplay was cute, the way she cared for bunny legend was lovingly, not even caring that blood was smeared on her dress

Summary
Everyone has their secrets, it’s just a matter of how well they’re kept. Some people hold onto their secrets like lifelines; others…try their best. Green has a lot of secrets to keep from his fellow heroes: from the existence of his brothers, to the shrinking abilities granted from Link’s first adventure, to the spiderweb of cracks that split his skin as they spread up his sword arm. However, as the adventure continues and he unwillingly gets folded into the mismatched family of heroes, those secrets might be a little more difficult to keep than he’d first anticipated. Especially as timelines get further intertwined, signs of a new powerful enemy begin to surface, and their understanding of magic itself is shaken to its core. With multiple eras thrown into chaos, and Green somehow stuck in the middle of it all, he might not be able to keep his secrets for as long as he’d like.

This is a rewrite and reboot of my old story, Shattered Spirit. Some things will be similar, but most are wildly different and hopefully better. Feel free to read that one too if you feel so inclined, but this is different enough that there wont be a whole lot of major spoilers. Enjoy!

Summary
Items, weapons, and relics of past eras are oftentimes left behind for the next generation to uncover. Warriors has few things he can truly call his own, but there were certain items he used in the War of Eras that he was particularly fond of.
Wild and Warriors explore the ruins of the Arbiter's Grounds in Wild's kingdom of Hyrule in search of something that has to be there. While Warriors isn't so familiar with dungeon crawling, he knows how these things work. So what's the harm in looking for something he might actually recognize, when every other hero has managed to do the same?
While Warriors chases that familiarity and the feelings he associated with the war, Wild keeps an eye on him. They're both dedicated knights that have fought for their kingdom and bled for their lands. But while Wild views his past experiences as a reason to tread cautiously and plan accordingly for their future battle with Ganondorf, Wars seems to be blurring the lines between past and present.Series
