Summary
It hadn't started in the Odyssey.
It had started before he ever became Deadpool.
I know, I know, you're here because AO3 has a common tag for "Honda Odyssey Fight Scene in Movie, colon, Deadpool 3, colon, Deadpool ampersand Wolverine, parenthetical 2024, end parenthetical." Thank god whichever of you codified that is certifiable because that's a damn good fap-fodder search filter, but it sure is a hell of a mouthful. Speaking of mouthfuls -
Nonono, don't worry, I'm not going to narrate this whole thing because we all know how much Gens Y through Z are allergic to first-person.
Anyway, you're here for the mouthful that is that tag filter and the mouthful that is apparently too many characters for the summary section and the mouthful or eighteen I'm going to get of the other guy in the primary relationship tag, and don't worry, that's coming, and so am I, and so is he, and we're going to beat that joke to death, but our author here started with the intent to write its own version of The Odyssey Scene and then, you know, authors. Strap in. We'll get back to their narrative now, and if you've read their other shit and the tags, oh boy, you know you're in for something juicy.

Summary
The bed shifts; Sasuke barely stirs. Even in sleep, he can smell Naruto's chakra as clearly as he can smell the fresh flash of pine in a wood fire: familiar, warm, safe. Safe as long as the fire's circled with big white stones and the surrounding dirt cleared of brush, anyway. Safe, as long as you keep your wits about you and remember a fire is a fire after all.
A hand clamps across Sasuke's mouth like a vice, fingers digging dents into his cheeks, and the scent flares in a way that makes Sasuke feel as though he's stumbled right through a scattering of stones and stepped knee-deep into lit tinder.

Zoro pivoted himself to be on a kind of defensive: back to his mate, full guard toward the remaining marines. He felt the alpha notice the shift, as acutely as he felt the weight of his body slowing down - paralytic, he remembered overhearing. But he was still a force, still a demon in human form. Only once he'd brained the last one with the butt of Shuusui did he falter, and fuck, take a knee on the cobblestone.
Sanji was already there.

Summary
“Legolas! We were just discussing the differences between life in Mirkwood and life in Gondor. There was little Aragorn could tell, for he has only seen your lands as a visitor,” Boromir says. “Might you enlighten me over a nightcap this evening?”
Legolas looks between them both as if they had presented him with a fine riddle. After a moment’s consideration, he nods. “If I am to tell you of Mirkwood, it is only right the discussion occurs over Dorwinion wine,” Legolas replies, and Boromir smiles. “Shall I set out two glasses or three?”
“Three,” Aragorn says, before Boromir can answer for him. He expects Boromir to be annoyed, but instead he looks quietly pleased, and claps Aragorn upon the shoulder heartily.
Before the fellowship leaves Rivendell, Elrond encourages the chosen nine to spend their days together, so that they might trust one another better before they venture forth.
Boromir decides to take it one step further, and see what might be achieved by night.
