Within minutes, the robbers were unconscious on the floor with zip ties around their wrists. Tommy shook them down for money and used it to pay for all the groceries he'd need this week. Of course the storeowner wouldn't snitch--Tommy had just saved his sorry ass.
With that, the blond vigilante skipped home to Ranboo.
"You're eating first, bitchass." He gleefully declared to his slightly frightened roommate. And indeed, Ranboo did eat first.

“Because-” a foot kicks his chest forcing Ranboo onto his back. Dream slams his boot down on his chest, leaning over him casually. “You ruined my plans. I’ll be coming back in a couple of days to check on things. Who knows, maybe this will be a good lesson for you.”
Instead of Tommy being exiled for burning George's house, Ranboo is. He doesn't have a very good time.

Tommy gets turned into a crow after he dies when he was beaten to death by Dream. After he wakes up his wing gets injured and Philza’s chat finds him and he gets taken by Philza. He spends some time with Philza and starts to become close. After he heals up he gets set free but decides to stay with Philza and Technoblade. Then a new admin comes, Callahan, and they discover that Tommy was the crow the whole time. He gets turned back but he also got to become a avian after he turned back.

The fight in Las Nevadas between his newly revived brother and his former good friend bought back buried memories, and Tommy resolved to just walk away from it when his ears started to ring.He never expected to collapse against a tree and wake up with Dream's fucking face hovering over him.
He never catches a break, huh?
TL:DR, Tommyinnit crashes through realities and wakes up somewhere entirely different, with the face of his enemy being his first greeting into the world.
