Has anyone ever questioned how impactful and fitting it would be if Error was protecting the multiverse rather than destroying it?
Like, he’d have that critical eye for all the mistakes that the creators made in their AUs, or creations, and he’d just be like, “delete that, you don’t need that” or “that scene is a waste of time, work and effort, get rid of it” or “THIS IS AN ABOMINATION! YOU HAVE TO COLOR IN THE LINES!!” or “what did I tell you to do which you dID THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF!?!” or “More stars. … MORE FXXKING STARS!!!”
Yeah, like a “really-harsh-critic-for-creators-that-actually-makes-them-better-and-create-better-content” kind of Error. Or, I guess, just Error in Ink’s place with but with less restraint, more corrections, and a “let’s-get-down-to-business” smooth attitude.
Wait-, this is starting to sound like that auto-correcting application!!!
(Error being the equivalent of an angry Grammarly just popped into my head-)

Summary
Error always felt a pull to destroy, like Ink felt to create, for as long as he could remember. Error earliest memory is of destroying, not in joy or feeling forced, he did it in his madness, and uncontrolled and seemingly aimless rage. Eventually, he gain some semblance of control over himself, leading him to mark non-original aus he enjoyed so he wouldn't destroy them, and properly learn his role, his purpose. However, he didn't shy away, or regret the things he did, he reveled in it. He enjoyed destroying, and thought of his destruction as his own special 'art'. And yet, his destruction has definitely dialed down over the years, and been much more precise.
However, he never would have thought he could create something complex, or so, so positive if it involved his destructive magic, and now four living, breathing children. And he had gained friends along the way he eventually trusts them with.

Summary
Erratum was pulled from their universe to be Ink's counterpart, but the struggle between several Guardians led to the creation of Errata, the Guardian of Order. Erratum dedicates their life to balancing the universes and preventing the impending annihilation of the multiverse through every means necessary, even at the cost of their own stability. With rapidly increasing support, their followers hope to become the backbone that prevails them to victory.
