Summary
When Arthur goes back for his manservant in the tunnels, he discovers the secrets Merlin has been hiding and makes an unforgivable mistake. With blood on his hands, and the whole kingdom unable to meet his eye, Arthur is pushed from Camelot. Forced to be alone with his thoughts and try to deal with the consequences of his actions.
In one final attempt to make things right, he bargains with the sidhe. Trading his prophesied return for Merlin to live once more. The sidhe accept Arthur's offer, but there's one issue they don't mention to the disgraced king. Merlin never went to Avalon. In fact, he never left Camelot at all.
Merlin may be back - albeit minus a handful of years worth of memories - but the people of Camelot still do not trust their king, and the enemies of Camelot draw closer by the day. Will Arthur be able to face Merlin and come clean? Will Merlin ever be able to work by Arthur's side again? Or will Camelot's enemies overthrow the weak king, and destroy the last chances of Albion ever being united?

Summary
Merlin never expected having himself a daughter, much less one who's a dragon. But raising Aithusa from her egg was probably the best decision he'd ever made - his love for her unmatched. Trouble starts brewing however, when she starts following him around everywhere.
So, when Arthur takes Merlin and the Knights on a hunt he only prays his dragon-daughter does not show up. Because how could he protect her from Arthur?

A pack of hungry grown men could be considered “urgent matters” were they less respectable people, but these were brave and noble men who swore to hold themselves with nothing less than the honour placed on them as a Knight of Camelot. They could wait 2 minutes for him to empty his bladder.
Unfortunately, their absolute ass of a captain seemed to disagree.

Merlin hated his neighbor.
It wasn't an epic hatred, like the one between dark wizards and the chosen ones chosen by a Prophecy (Merlin loved Harry Potter and wouldn't apologize, sorry); it was a more... practical hatred. The kind that arose when the neighbor started the washing machine at two in the morning. Or parked in his neighbor’s driveway. Or worse yet, jogged at six in the morning in front of your door just because he was the devil's most loyal and tried to damn people to Hell by stimulating their murderous instincts.

Lancelot hesitates. Clearly he’s hit a significant nerve by hiding this injury, and it worries him. He doesn’t think he’s ever seen Merlin so worked up. “I’ve been cleaning it about twice a day,” he begins quietly, “and I tore my spare sheet to keep it covered. I haven’t used any herbs.”
Merlin stares down at the offending wound, lips pursed and forehead wrinkled in worry. “I have to drain it,” Merlin says grimly. “That pus has to come out.” He glances up at Lancelot, concern taking over the lingering anger in his eyes. “It will hurt.”
“I can bear it,” Lancelot assures. He pauses a moment, then continues. “I’m sorry I didn’t tell you. I meant to prevent work, but I only made more.”
“I don’t care about the work,” Merlin murmurs, returning to the gash and avoiding Lancelot’s apologetic gaze. “Lance…”
Lancelot hides an injury, hoping to prevent more work for Merlin, who is swamped caring for four others. But the wound becomes infected, so he reluctantly reveals it to Merlin, expecting the angry response—but not the reason behind it.

Summary
Arthur doesn’t sleep. He feels heavy with guilt at the knowledge that he nearly killed his best friend. His only friend. He wishes he’d never found out about Merlin’s magic. Then this wouldn’t have happened.
Or, no, that’s not true. He didn’t have to react that way, didn’t have to use cold iron. He could’ve at least spoken to Merlin first. But he didn’t, and now his only friend’s nearly dead. Every time he closes his eyes he sees Merlin’s terrified, accusing look.
Arthur finds out about Merlin's magic and decides to keep him safe by stopping his magic. Unfortunately, thinking he's protecting him and actually doing so are completely different things.
