Summary

They eventually strike a deal that spares Blitzø from his paperwork-induced migraines and Stolas from his crippling heartache. But the more time they spend together, the more complicated things get, especially since one is a prince and the other thinks he doesn't deserve a fairy-tale ending.
They might just happen to fall in love anyway.

Summary
Stolas has been living with Blitzo for a good few weeks now, he still hasn't recovered from losing everything. He saw how Blitzo was trying to help him and he was very grateful for it, but it didn't help that his own daughter hated him. Everything changes during one of the movie nights, where Stolas goes to the bathroom, where he discovers a quite disturbing discovery. Not knowing how to react to it, he goes to confront his lover, but he didn't think that the evening would take such a turn of events.

Six months after the trial and five months after Sinsmas, everything seems fine: Blitzo and Stolas live together in a bigger house with Loona, Stolas is reconnecting with Octavia and hopes she will live with them someday, and M&M have a baby on the way. For the first time since childhood, Blitzo feels truly happy.
But when Barbie nearly dies from an overdose, Blitzo is forced to face his fear of almost losing his sister without ever reconnecting with her, the trauma he constantly tries to bury in his subconscious, and—unfortunately—his father, Cash, whom he hasn’t seen in fifteen years.

Most teenagers couldn’t wait for their 18th birthday, because for most teenagers it symbolized a time when you truly gained your independence and had the freedom to do what you wanted when you wanted.
For Stolas, turning 18 felt like the exact opposite.
“What if you married someone terrible? Like… someone super embarrassing, or whatever… that even if your Dad made you get a divorce no one wanted to marry you because of how terrible they were?” Blitzø asked.
Stolas stared at him for a long while before answering. “I am marrying someone terrible and embarrassing. Her name is Stella.”
“No, Stols.. what I’m saying is what if you married someone like an imp? Wouldn’t that be enough to make them not want you anymore? Matter of fact, make it a dude, just to really drive it home to the other Geotia that you’re totally unhinged.”
