Summary
War, War never changes.
Millenia ago, the old world was destroyed in a baptism of nuclear fire, and when the world recovered, it was destroyed once more in a baptism of water.
In the years following the world’s first death, those that survived waged war against one another. In the years before the world’s second death, legends would be forged throughout the wastes. Legends that would, like the rest of the world, die alongside it…
Or so it had seemed.
Centuries after the fall of the ancient world, after its baptism and damnation, the new world’s inhabitants began to discover pieces of their world’s history; bodies and artifacts, the crumbled and broken remains of buildings long-since unoccupied.
But they never found the genuine article: A living, breathing, precursor.
No, the few that were left found their way into the world on their own terms… One, a courier in his past, carved out a space in the new world. Another, a figure clad in steel, became a shining beacon of guidance in a world that desperately needed it.
But now, years after their return to the world, their effects are only now being realized...

Summary
A smuggler, a half-Salmonid, a battle-worn Octoling, a former experiment, and a mystery. What could go wrong? Years after being adopted, Etian wants to find his missing biological sister amidst the internal battle between his two families. Being raised underground as a smuggler for a majority of his 18 years, he finds the courage to introduce himself to the surface world. And in return, four members of said world introduce themselves as his friends and teammates.
Through immense grief, sincerity, love, hatred, and forgiveness, Etian and the others are thrust into two years of their lives they will never forget.
These characters were made by my friends and myself in 2021. Even if this little story doesn't get many views, stealing these characters or making your own fanfiction about them is strictly prohibited and will not be allowed unless the idea is run with my permission first.

Summary
Frye and Shiver thought they cleared Off The Hook permanently from the Splatlands after Suffer No Fools - until Pearl and Marina had the audacity to shoot a music video in the middle of Scorch Gorge after it was pulled from the regular battle rotation. Instead of sending warning to the rival pop group that it was removed due to a Big Run alert, Frye and Shiver go to deal with the intrusion themselves.
When the salmonids abruptly invade far ahead of schedule, Frye and Pearl become separated from Shiver and Marina. Lost and being actively hunted by the largest salmonid they'd ever encountered, the makeshift duos will need to put their differences aside if they want to make it back alive.

Three's adjusting to their promotion pretty well, all things considered! Leading their first mission as the captain of the New Squidbeak Splatoon, they're set for a pretty easy repeat of their past missions. That's, of course, before encountering a biohazard, getting trapped underground, meeting a potential ghost in the machine, and wrangling unwilling new recruit.
Well, at least they aren't alone this time.

This is my take on The Great Turf War, an event that is mostly left up to interpretation in the Splatoon universe. There are rather heavy topics touched upon, so please be aware of what to expect! I hope you enjoy reading :)
