Summary

But when each moment of your shitty existence screams at you that something is wrong, that you suddenly don’t belong, that your presence is not expected, nor wanted- No matter how much you try and pretend you don’t see it, it sees you and it will eat you from the inside.
Dream might have revived him. But Tommy did not come back.

Meanwhile, Danny is increasingly concerned with the unearthly ways his physiology changes, one of them being the gnawing hunger that mere human food cannot satisfy. The Multiverse is vast, that much is apparent. Those who watch over the Multiverse; i.e. The Gods of all the different Pantheons, tend to get bored. This is more apparent in Loki's court and his disciples. One of those disciples, Daimen, was so bored that he decided to go directly to a part of Heaven and devour it. Because of this, he was punished and sent to a void for a billion years. In that void, he created something- The System.
Bored out of his mind, and at his wit's end, he drags a soul from Heaven, gives them the system, and tells them to travel the Multiverse, all in an attempt to cure his boredom.
This can only go horribly wrong.

That is until she takes the Joker on as a patient. She lets her darkest desires rule her, and turns her back on the life she used to know. She's throwing it all away for a chance to live at least once before she dies.
There's only one question. Is it the end for her, or the beginning?
Or: A series of increasingly bad judgement calls made by Harleen, lots of workplace toxicity, friendships that border on suffocating, and most importantly of all, the Joker being the Joker.
