Summary
Wilbur was exhausted. It was raining and his throat hurt and with every step, Tommy was getting heavier in his arms. But he’d already made the kid walk so far today and in all honesty, Wilbur would rather deal with sore arms than a six year old’s tears of exhaustion.
Finally, Wilbur stumbled onto the street they tentatively— and illegally— called home. It was lined with identical townhouses, one of which was currently empty. They’d been squatting in it for nearly a month now. It wasn’t the safest place they’d ever slept, but when it came to insulating them from the winter chill, Wilbur would give it five stars on any hotel website.
Unfortunately, the window he climbed through was not the one they'd been using these past few weeks. This window belonged to the most terrifying man Wilbur had ever laid eyes on.
Or, while on the run, Wilbur and Tommy accidentally break into the wrong house. Technoblade finds them asleep in his living room. Family ensues.

Summary
The blur appears again, and this time, both Sapnap and George are gone, their items being picked up by the mysterious figure, who stood in one spot after Dream’s two remaining friends died. From such a high vantage point, he couldn’t see their face, but he could see long, light pink hair cascading down the person’s back, left down and un-contained.
Before he could try and figure out who this person was, a voice was calling up to him, so familiar in nature, but so unfamiliar in setting.
“Mate!”
Dream felt like his heart lodged in his throat, his mouth wide open as he stared down at the perso- the man with pink hair, who was staring up at him. Without even thinking about it, Dream began breaking the blocks under him, and soon he was standing right in front of the pink-haired man. The guy had elongated ears, pale skin, larger lower-canines that jutted out slightly (almost like tusks, a voice in the back of his mind whispers), and his mouth was set in a grin, scars surrounding the organ stretching with his lips.
Scars he could recognize in a heartbeat.
“Technoblade?!”

It was rarely good when Phil got called into the overseer’s office, but it was usually fewer people to handle, at least. Easier to have to please his owner and the man’s guests than to be passed around the guardhouse again, or to be used as entertainment for whatever group of miners had pleased their bosses best this week. If he navigated things carefully and was lucky, sometimes after he had done his job he got fed tidbits of fancy food—dishes made with spices, or vegetables that hadn’t been cooked to an indistinguishable pulp, or real meat—or got to sit on a cushion in a corner. When he limped into the room, it was with what passed for hope, nowadays, glowing in Phil’s chest.
There was a piglin hybrid there, a tall and muscled man with an enchanted greataxe on his back. He had scars that spoke of a life of violence across his face, and his hands on his weapons were large and blunt. He looked angry already.
“—we don’t have the funds to pay you this week,” the overseer was saying, tone unconcerned. “But we’ve come up with an alternative. The bird’s market value is worth about what we owed you, so we’ll just give it to you and call it even.”
OR: Phil is given to a new owner. He doesn't expect it to go well.

As he had said before, Techno prides himself about being very prepared for absolutely any scenario that would come his way.
But now, with his mate all soft and tired, and his closest weapon yards away, and five voices outside screaming his mate’s name like they’re dying, he thinks that maybe he should focus on his other positive traitsーlike mining, he’s pretty good at that.
Techno sits up in bed, furs pooling around his waist as Dream whines next to him, his hands reaching out to bring the piglin back down. Against his instincts’ wishes, however, he ignores his mate, focusing on the sound of humans walking around outside the entrance of his den. Luckily, the opening is concealed by a red fur that Techno had gotten off a dead human one time, the color of it blending nicely into the surrounding netherrack. Although, if you’re looking hard enoughーand it sounds like the humans outside are searching intently for something (or someone)ーthen you’ll be able to distinguish the flap of fur from the hard netherrack.
Someone is here for Dream and Techno is far from prepared for it.
Or: Dream's friends find out about him and Techno, they react accordingly
