Summary
In a world where people possess superpowers and hybrids are commonplace, it was only a matter of time before individuals began leveraging their abilities for personal gain. In response, the government established hero agencies to combat such exploitation. Heroes are regulated, compensated, and incentivized for their services, while some individuals choose to fight against injustices as vigilantes, operating outside official channels. Traffic City, like many other major cities, operates within this ecosystem, maintaining a delicate balance of power and ensuring the safety of its civilians. Now, let's see what the heroes, vigilantes, and villains are up to...
