Summary
Joe Hills is not a man with a lot of time or money to afford being picky on his choice in living spaces, but when a too good to be true deal is practically handed right to him, he takes it without a fourth thought. The home owner is just as eager as he is to hand over the place, which is practically a dream come true.
The only problem is that he might have forgotten to add a few details in, along the lines of strange occurrences and perhaps even apparitions.
At least it's a good price.
