    Steering Committee underestimating Principal Kirigiri's ideas and the determination of nobodies.

    Old logic presented in Government Intervention, where the reserve course is a full package preparatory school to somewhat parallel Hope's Peak Academy (Lil' Ultimates and Ultimates scenario).

    Old formula:
    2360 reserve course students
    12 grade years
    25 students in each class section (most realistic sounding number)
    So about 7-8 class sections per year. (Class A to G/H)

    ....

    In this account, we are now presuming the worst and most concerning case scenario. It's all teenagers.

    New formula:
    2340 reserve course students + 20 transferees (like Natsumi) = 2360 total
    3 grade years
    30 students in each class section (we squeezing them like a can of sardines)
    So about 26 class sections per year. (Class A to Z)

    This logic aligns to the anime where it presents Class 1-A to have 30 seats total (column is 6, so row has to be 5 right?) with some empty spaces. Since the back row is empty except for Hajime and Natsumi, Class 1-A has about 27 students...
