Because their brand, as Vox constantly tells him, is perfection.
Despite the flaws and grits underneath, they always present a shiny finish. Harmonized and unstoppable. It’s only within the private walls of their home when they allow themselves to be anything else.
This image, as Val has been told, is what gives them their power. It’s about the trust and fear they’ve built within Hell's ever changing community. It’s what allows them to be on top. There is no room for anything less than perfect.
What would happen when Val isn’t perfect anymore?

One single choice can save or damn a soul for eternity, especially when Heaven is being run by angels who have way too high standards. Due to some life choices they made while alive James and Lily are sentenced to Hell despite sacrificing themselves for their daughter Violet Potter. Dumbledore manipulated things and Violet is sentenced to Hell on Earth in the form of her relatives despite her parents' will stating otherwise. When a drunken Vernon goes too far, 5 year old Violet is about to be sent to Hell because of the soul shard held inside her head. However when Azriel goes to collect her soul, she couldn't go through with it. But she also knows her parents have been sent to Hell, so she offers Violet a choice. She removes the shard and goes back to Earth or is sent to Hell to reunite with her parents. She decides to reunite with her parents and live in damnation. 9 years later, Dumbledore not knowing Violet is dead thinking she ran away, summons his wayward weapon using the Goblet of Fire. Look out Dumbles, it's time to raise some Hell.

He wanted to see how long it would take Vox to cross boundaries and prove his belief that the overzealous demon couldn’t survive without physical intimacy. Once that happened, Alastor could finally end things—maybe even kill him for the trouble.

Summary
Post the Exorcist Battle, the Hotel has been rebuilt, and the usual routine has resumed. Sort of.
