holy shit uhhhhhhhhhh
complex but believable and borderline-followable political machinations mixed with a *bunch* of exploration of healing in pretty much every possible way, explorations of biases, reimaginings of character and country relationships that make the entire world feel more real and complex, i did *not* expect to be up til 2am reading this
everything is considered with such immaculate detail and sensitivity i forgot i wasn't *living* the experiences of the characters, the sheer depth to every character, every minute decision, all the interwoven links of *everything*, i could never recreate the atmosphere and sheer scope conveyed in this story, and i'm certain you could read it with no knowledge of the source material at all
masterfully written, 10000/10 i could not possibly commend enough, gave me whiplash when i realised it was still in progress. -

He couldn’t stand me leaving him because I was the only one to show up, to pay him attention. It was hilarious.”
Sam is going to be sick.
Or, Sam decides to ask Dream about his intentions and ends up becoming a big brother to Tommy and Tubbo. All the while, Dream and George fight, Niki and Jack plan child murder and Ranboo is slowly getting adopted into the SBI.
