She rarely has the company of her parents, but she does get to have Robin, even if he doesn't know she's watching. She absolutely adores Jason Todd- wishes Wayne could see what she sees.

    Except Robin dies- and takes her heart right with him. Then her parents were abducted, held for ransom, and despite the authorized payout they died too...

    Now she's Thea "Birdie" Cobblepot, Jason Todd is back from the dead, Bruce Wayne is on her shit list, and if that damn clown dares to so much as touch Jason again she'll start a whole war to end his miserable life.
