    Clint's been having nightmares – nightmares about someone called Mama.
    The nightmares are vivid-sometimes he can’t tell if he’s awake or not and that scares him more than anything. He’s supposed to be able to focus in on anything- he’s the eyes of the Avengers not being able to see and decipher reality from fiction could destroy what he believes to be his already unstable position on the Avengers. He wishes that he could just blame the nightmares on Loki but the trickster hasn’t been the focus of any of his nightmares since the 2 weeks after the whole invasion incident.
    He’s losing sleep at night and sinking back into his old habits of ignoring the problem, drinking himself silly and taking refuge in the beds and embraces of one night stands. He has no idea if he’s losing it or not and he knows better than to say something to the other Avengers because that would only lead to him getting kicked off the team and losing his new home and new family. As the reawakened presence slowly starts to reinsert itself into Clint's life the Avengers start to realized that whatever this thing is that it might end up taking away their archer and they won't let that happen.

    For no particular reason, the idea that Thor could get sick had never crossed anyone's mind. But it turns out that it's not impossible. When Thor falls ill, he has two strong presences standing by.
    The Hulk shows his tender side as he soothes him into sleep and Bruce's voice is a balm for the suffering he faces when he wakes.

    When his consciousness returns, the first thing he registers is the blanket that has been loosely thrown over him. It makes him feel much too warm but his body is so wracked with shivers that he understands the reasoning behind it.
    The second thing of note is that the firm, unyielding muscle beneath him is gone. Instead, it’s been replaced by the soft flesh of a smaller figure, who’s chest he seems to be lying on. He groans and a hand immediately slips into his hair, all five fingers this time, smaller than those of the Hulk’s.
    “... ‘M I not... crushing you?” Thor slurs through the haze. The chest under his head jiggles as the owner chuckles.

    Kamala breaks down and nearly kills the one sent to 'test' her and is quickly being called to turn herself in within three days...until her heroes the Avengers step in, but their aid comes at a price...her powers and status as hero until the threat has passed and she is seen as mentally sound again.

    Now Kamala struggles to regain what she has lost, all the while haunted in her dreams by the voices of her parents and a foe more powerful then Kamala can face in her current state...Ms. Marvel herself!
